Erection of the following Octagonal pole by desiging and casting RCC (M 20) foundation of suitable size as specified below considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as T/sq m, including excavation of earth ,providing,cutting,nending and placing in position reinforcement as per drawing and providing pipe for cable entry and exit as required and providing and fixing of 4 nos foundation bolts (J type) as specified below and as per drawing on ground surface including back fillings and cleaning extra eartH-8 mtr long [Foundation size-500mmx500mmx1200 mm, J bolt size M 24 x M 24

SITC of single dip galvanaized steel overhang bracket (swan Neck type) at the top of the pole having 1.5 mtr length complete with all fixing arrangement as required including painting-single arm(Make same as pole of item Sl. No. 1).

Supplying and Drawing 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & sheathed single core stranded copper cable of 4x10 sqmm (Brand approved by EIC) through prelaid rigid pipe, from pole to pole and making necy. connection as required, as directed by EIC(for rate per mtr. 4 x 1m i.e. 4 Metre cost of cable to be considered).

Supplying and fixing compression type PVC gland for above PVC rigid pipe, for dust & moisture-proof entry & Finishing of the 2x10 sqmm stranded copper wire by crimping method etc., including supplying sockets, tapes etc. & making connection to switch as directed by EIC.

Supplying and Drawing 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & sheathed single core stranded copper cable of 2 x 2.5 sqmm (Brand approved by EIC) through polythene pipe from loop box to light fittings and making necy. connection as required as directed by EIC.

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mtr long and 1x4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mtr long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts,double nuts, double washers incl. S&F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mtr long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mtr below the GL, incl. excavation of approx 1 m3 al soft soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming, by IS1-Medium GI Pipe for soft soil, as directed by E.I.C.

Supply & Delivery outdoor hooded type MS Pillar box with over all dimension 1300mmx1000mmx500mm from 5 mm thick MS sheet with hinged door including opening on both side( front&back), the above doors are fitted with the pillar box by two sets hinge system arrangements with providing capsules hinge welded with the pillar box rigidly incl.providing vents at the top sides of the pillar box and S&F 7(seven) lever padlock (Make-Godrej) with duplicate keys infront & backside. Installation of the pillar box with brick foundation of size 1200x800x750 mm with hard jhama cement morter soaling at bottom 300 mm below GL & 450 mm above GL neatly plastered & neat cemented finish incl. painting by best quality 2 coats of syntheticenamel paint over 1 coat of RO primer as per direction of the EIC.

Supplying & fixing earth Continuty galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 25 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required.

Supply & drawing 7/14 SWG twisted GI wire incl. PVC bobbin insulator and binding wire for hanging the above cable holding level and maintaining the proper gap with nut, bolts & washers etc as reqd. as per direction of the EIC.

S & F compression type brass cable gland complete with all accessories suitable for 4-core 16 sq.mm. PVC/A cable.

Finishing the cable ends by crimping method incl. S & F socket, type etc. as reqd. suitable for 4-core 16 sq.mm. PVC/A cable.

S & F 8"x 6"x4" size outdoor type loop box incl 1 no 4 way terminal and 1 no 15 A porcelin fuse with locking arrangement as directed by EIC.

S & F Lightning conductor Air-terminals made of 15 mm dia 1500 mm long GI pipe (ISI Medium) having five prongs of 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire at top with 85 mm dia 6 mm thick GI base plate at bottom incl. necessary holes etc. duly grouted on the parapet etc. in CC mortar (4:2:1)

Supply & fixing of GI (Hot Dip) strips 25 mm x 3 mm thick for vertical run on wall with GI saddles spaced not exceeding 1000 mm apart incl. mending good damages to civil work

Hiring charges for scaffolding arrangement including dismantling at the end of work and carriage, for above LC installation (vertical run) upto 25 mtr.

Supply of LED type single dome aviation obstruction light (Make to be approved by EIC).

Supply & Installation of LED Glowsign board to be designed and febricated with ACP MS back cover of suitable gage alongwith MS frame work as per the direction of EIC and installed at site as per the direction of EIC[ 2 nos. x 120 sq. ft. each approx]. N.B: (a) The Agency must procure the materials from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized. Sales channel so that the standard warranty / support of the Manufacturer / OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them. (b) Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution of work / submission of bill. (c) If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules. (d) LM79 & LM80 test report of the LED fittings shoul be uploaded. (e) Manufacturer of the bidder should upload on site warranty for LED fittings for 5 years from the date of installation failing which bid may be rejected.
