Construction of reinforced cement concrete pole foundation of size 650 mm (L) x 650 mm (W) and 1600 mm (D) Providing and laying in position M-20 (1:2:4) i/c excavation of earth, cantering & shuttering, providing & placing in position reinforcement TMT bars of 12 mm dia -1700 mm long (approx.)-8 nos. & reinforcement ring of cold twisted bar of 8 mm dia - 2800 mm (approx.) - 10 nos. (at 150 mm spacing), providing & positioning of 4 Nos. 20mm diameter x 750mm long MS anchor bolts with nuts & washers with suitable sized anchor plates, providing & placing of 1 m length 63 mm O.D. DWC HPDE pipe for cable entry & exit and providing & laying in position cement concrete of M-20 grade (1:2:4) etc complete as reqd.

Repairing of existing cement concrete pedestal to make it suitable for installation of new 10M G.I. poles i/c cutting of cement concrete in suitable depth as per site condition, welding of suitable M.S Plate having pole mounting bolts as per PCD of Pole with the existing foundation bolts with suitable strengthening arrangement, finishing of base with CC as per requirement at site etc complete as reqd.

Fabrication, Supplying & Fixing of Galvanized arm street light pole bracket (single/double/triple over hang / ring type) with tightening bolt & other required accessories as per approved design etc. complete as reqd.

Supplying and drawing following sizes of PVC insulated copper conductor multicore cable in the existing poles and bracket from cable termination connector to the fitting i/c providing suitable copper lugs connections etc. as reqd i/c dismantling of old damaged cable & credit for old dismantled cable as and where basis etc as required. 3 core x 1.5 sq. mm

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in the existing trench / surface, complete as required. 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)

Supplying and Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe etc complete as reqd. 4x 16 sq.mm

Fabrication, supplying and installation of cable junction box IP66 weather proof for outdoor installations with knockouts for cable entry with outside dimensions as 270x225x135 single door (Hinged -R) and having following accessories mounted inside the junction box with making suitable arrangement for installation on 8/10 mtr streetlight pole with MS U Clamp , drilling small hole in existing streetlight pole for pole wiring, connection, testing etc complete as required. (i) 6-32Amp SP MCB -1No (ii) 63 Amp 4 Way termination block- 1 No.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 Meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required
