Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns,piers, abutments, pillars, posts,struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping,bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc. upto floor five level, excluding the cost of centering ,shuttering and finishing - 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

Providing and fixing PVC door frame of size 50 x47 mm with a wall thickness of 5mm (+-0.2 mm ) , made out of single piece extruded PVC profile , with mitred cut joints and joint with 2 nos of PVC bracket of size 190mm x 100mm long arms of cross section size 35 x 15 mm & self driven self taping screws , the vertical door profiles to be reinforced with 40 x 20 mm M.S.rectangular tube of 0.8mm , including providing EPDM rubber gasket weather seal throughout the frame , including jointing 5 mm PVC frame strip with PVC solvent cement on the back of the profile. 35 mm thick factory made solid panel PVC door shutter , made out of single piece extruded solid PVC profiles , 5 mm (+_ 0.2 mm ) thick , having styles & rails (except lock rail) of size 95 mm x 35mm x 5mm , out of which 75 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered (on both side) , having one side thickness of 15 mm integrally extruted on the hinge side of the profile for better screw holding power , including reinforcing with MS tube of size 40 mm x 20mm x 1 mm , joints of styles & rails to be mitered cut & joint with the help of PVC solvent cement , self driven self tapping screws & M.S. rectangular pipes bracket of size 190 mm x 100 mm of cross section size 35 mm x 17 mm x 1 mm at each orner . Single piece extruted 5mm thick solid PVC Lock rail of size 115 mm x 35 mm x 35 mm , out of which 95 mm to be flat and 20 mm to be tapered at both ends , having 15 mm soild core in middle of rail section integrally extruted , fixing the styles & rails with the help of solvent and self driven self taping screws of 125 mm X 11 mm , including providing 5 mm single piece solid PVC extruded sheet inserted in the door as panel , all complete as per manufacturer's specification - Non decorative finish (matt finish)

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour fixed glazed windows / ventilators comprising of uPVC multi - chambered frame and mullion (where ever required ) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.6 + or - 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension , EPDM gasket, G.I.fastners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall , plastic packers , plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc.Profile of frame shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners , mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality , all complete as per approved drawing. (Single / double glass panes and silicon sealant shall be paid separately) - Fixed window / ventilator made of (small series) frame 47 x 50 mm & mullion 47 x 68 mm both having wall thickness of 1.9 + or - 0.2 mm and single glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Area upto 0.75 sqm) - Fixed window size - 1.20x0.50 m

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or halfbrick wall finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix - 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacturer on wall surface - water thinnable cement primer

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc complete

Painting (one or more coats) with black japan paint of approved brand and manufactureing to give an even shade

Finishing walls with premium acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicon additives of required shade - old work (two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr / 10 sqm) over existing cement paint surface

Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steel or wood) including stacking within 50 metres lead - of area 3 sqm and below

Acid cleaning for the existing Mosaic floors , glazed tiles work and removing the stains and decays to give a glassy look etc complte (The Acid used shall be 32% concentrated hydrochloric acid after taking on the precautionary measures)

Chipping the worn out wall and concrete portion using proper tools and removing the loose particles and preparing the surface for treatment with wire brush etc., complete until to reach sound good surface as per the specificatin of M/s. DON Construction Chemicals India Ltd and removing the debris and disposal of the debris etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge with all leads and lifts upto floor five level.

Plastering the wall surface with Cement mortar of mix 1:4 (one part of cement :4 fine sand) mixed with polymer SETCRETE SBR at the rate of one Kg. for one bag of cement including applying a priming coat with SETCRETE SBR @ 0.27 Kg. Per Sqm of treatment area as per the specification of M/s DON Construction Chemicals India Ltd including all lead and lift etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.
