Material and labour for Glass mosaic tiles of chip size 40mm x 40mm x 4 -5 mm thick as in vertical surface, set and joint in adhesive (MYK laticete-325 High Flex or equivalent) and pointed with white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles over and including 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface of size 350mm x 250mm x 7mm / 450mm x 350mm x 7 mm thick or equivalent, set and joined in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match, over and including 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4, Complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Non - Skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors, set and joined in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, Complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 18 - 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) as in top of wall and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admix ture of pigment to match with shade of granite.Granite (of any type) over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in Cememt mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 12 mm thick frosted toughned glass (Best quality) as in partition and similar work including required shape, drilling holes,hardwares, connecting accessories and writing letters/symbols etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying for 25mm bore galvanized iron tubing light grade with all fitting laid in trenches / wall / floor / under road / culvert for protection of cable including providing fixing clamps, bolts and nuts of suitable size as required all as specified and as directed. Note:Excavation, earth work shall be measured and paid under relevent items as required

Supply, laying, connecting & testing LT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade IS 7098 (Part-1) (latest), ISI Marked with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 Sq mm 4 core in trenches / through GI pipe/on wall etc complete all as specified and as directed.
