Material and labour for preparing black top surface by brushing with wire brush for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with air pressure through air jet using air compressor to remove all the loose dirt etc. including removing the mud etc. to a distance minimum 1.5 mtrs from edge of road and applying evenly a tack coat of bituminous primer using paving bitumen (VG-10) @ 5Kg per 10 sqm of road surface by sprayer operated hot pressure mechanism including supplying, laying, spreading 30mm consolidated thickness of semi dense asphaltic concrete grading 2, maximum aggregate size 9.5 mm, with job mix formula using paving bitumen (VG-30) @ 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix using mechanical paver for levelling within the specified tolerance as specified in SSR Part-I, rolled and consolidated to required camber and gradient with power roller for uniform smooth surface etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) The job mix formula shall be approved by GE. (ii) 5.5% binder content has been specified for quoting purpose of bid. If the quantity of the bitumen exceeds the 5.5% as mentioned above, no plus price adjustment shall be made. If the quantity of bitumen required as per job mix formula works out less than 5.5%, the recovery of the supply only bitumen shall be effected @ Rs. 50/- per Kg. The cost of transportation of material and testing charges shall be borne by the contractor. (iii) Contractor shall intimate the planned date of incorporation of mix in advance to GE. Premix will be approved in writing by Rep of Accepting Officer at plant site before incorporation of the same in the work

Material and labour for Repairs to potholes not exceeding 1.00 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth and applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 Sqm of paving bitumen (VG-10), putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 Sqm of paving bitumen (VG-30), blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed, depth of pot holes exceeding 30mm. Note as per MORTH Specification: (i) Loose material and standing water shall be brushed from the area to be repaired. (ii) Potholes shall be cut to vertical sides and deepened to reach sound material . (iii) Fill the patch with the granular mix in layers of about 75mm at a time. Each layer shall be compacted with hand rammers or with small vibratory compactors. The patch shall be compacted to the correct shape. (iv)100% quantity of Pot holes shall be marked and checked by Engineer-in-charge before commencement of work and shall also be entered in MB with reference to permanent objects before starting carpeting work. (v) Rate quoted by contractor shall deemed to be including of supply of premixed macadam binder and chippings

Supplying, laying & spreading premix bituminous macadam filling ( Consolidated thickness) as in speed breaker/ speed bump as required shape and size in single layer with using mechanical paver using paving bitumen (VG-30) @ 4% by weight of total mix with job mix formula laid/ rolled and compacted/ consolidated to required shape and size to a uniform smooth surface etc compete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, marking etc of thermoplastic paint applied Min 6 Kgs /Sqm on new surfaces or previously treated road surfaces with hot applied reflective thermoplastic road marking paint (White / Golden yellow) conforming to MORT&H (clause 803.4) all as specified with 8% Type 1 glass beads using special applicator machine with heating arrangement upto 160˚ C including cleaning and drying the existing road surfaces to ensure dust, oil, grease and moisture free surfaces before applying the paint complete all as specified and directed. Note: Thermoplastic paint should be applied Minimum 6Kg/Sqm

Supply & Fixing in repair solar road stud having 3 LED of colour Red/Yellow to a side (total 6 Nos) housed in a tough pressure die casted aluminium alloy of size 125mm x 125mm or 120mm x 130mm with built in stem of suitable length for fixing with epoxy, LEDs solar cells battery & light sensor well protected inside under tough unbreakable polycarbonate transparent sheet top system, workable for 2-3 days (night) after full charge in 8 to 10 Hrs. complete as per manufacturer's instructions and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Fixing in repair two way (dual direction) reflective road cat eye of plastic body of approx dimensions 100mmx 110mm x 20 mm with red / amber / white reflective panels and fixing the same on road surface by applying approximately 100 gm Epoxy mixture and placing the cat eye without applying excessive pressure and additional fixed with 12 mm dia and 120 mm long zinc plated steel nail at the centre of cat eye complete as per manufacturer's instructions and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour precast cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) as in kerb stone set in CM (1:4) including necessary moulds/ form work etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

All as per serial item no.8 here-in- before here-in-before but except kerb stones. Note : kerb stone shall be retrived from serial item no.7.00.

Material & Labour for preparation of old or previously treated plaster or concrete surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of pavement / kerb marking paint as per IS:164 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for preparation of new plaster or concrete surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of pavement / kerb marking paint as per IS:164 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Fixing in repair Speed Breaker / Heavy Duty Road Hump dual directional of high impact resistant and visibility,reflective arrow ABS plastic body of size 275mm length x 150mm wide x 50mm height having 2 micro prismatic polycarbonate reflectors to one side (04 Nos. on both side) fixed with bolts and adhesve complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and complete all as specified anddirected by Engineer-in-charge..

Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ
