Demolition of Reinforced Cement Concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, removing all type of vegetation (like peeple tree etc) scrubbing down with water complete, all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing 50 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in plinth protection laid in alternate bays (not exc 2 Sqm each ) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement and providing joints through out the thickness of the plinth protection filled with mastic filling comprising one part of bitumen 85/25 grade and three parts of sand by weight complete all as specified.

50 mm thick, Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in sub base to floor finishes , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in steps, seismic and other similar bands, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in hieght, coping, kneeless apex stones , bed plates, kerbs not provided for including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles including necessary formwork complete all as directed and specified.

Use and waste of form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) etc to obtain rough flat finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

RCC M-25 (design mix), using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate. as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

TMT mild steel bars, 10mm dia and over, as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and includingMS wire (annealed not less than 0.9mm dia) , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Brick work with old size sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Walling of random rubble stone masonry uncoursed, with best quality locally available harder stones such as granite, trap, basalt, trap, basalt stone etc, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted , built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per item No 13 here in above but except stones.

5mm thick rendering on brick or concrete surfaces as in ceiling in cement mortar 1:3, and finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

10 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, finish surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

15 mm thick rendering in two layers (10+5mm) on fair faces of brick /concrete including facia chhajja etc.surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and fair without using extra cement including mixing interal water proofing compund in the proprotion as mentioned in manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Water proofing compund to be measured and paid for separately as supply only.

10 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces works in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and rough for receiving tiles complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

25 mm thick, Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in sub base for laying floor finishes including finishing the surfaces even and rough without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Non skid, coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Glazed coloured ceramic jointfree/rectified tiles 300x450mm and 6 to 7mm thick in vertical surfaces like dado/skirting, etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces works in cement mortar 1:3, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Granite slab 16 to 18 mm thick as in pillas, window cill, cooking platform and the like in cement motar 1:4 including painting in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with a mixture of pigment to match the shade of granite including cutting polishing and moulding on edges.

M&L for Pre glazed chequered cement concrete designer tiles 300 x 300 x 20-25mm thick, mixed grey cement (top 5mm of white cement delomite grit and approved colour) with two coats of laquer finish on top of tiles, including corner angles, etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloure cement to match the shade of tiles. The tiles shall be manufactured by using rubber moulds on vibrating table not hydraulicaly pressed complete, laid over 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete, all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings including ridges, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards / slabs / blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

4mm thick Cement fibre board (designer ceiling) of size 600mm x 600mm panel conforming to IS 14862 type B category three including GI frame work with size of grid 605mm x 605mm including all accessories and GI suspensions, the fibre sheet should be fire resistant, water resistant, termite resistant, environment friendly & 100% asbestos free, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Mild steel Rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails guides for sliding doors, and vertical posts of pipes sections fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates, Fe-410-W (Gde - E -250) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames) area not exceeding 1.50 square metre each, including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts or dismantling brick work (holes cut and any other damage to jambs, walls for taking out hold fast shall be finished identical to existing finish without any extra cost to Govt.), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm prelam colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube in opening as per specification & drawing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick style consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width struck inside with solvent cement forstyle and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the styles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement supply & fixing in the frame at site complete all as specified.

35 mm thick, factory made, 2nd class hard wood, plain framed, paneled shutters (two panels) with lock rail and panel of 12 mm BWP commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces, the size of rail and stile as per IS-1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

35mm thick, factory made 2nd class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats complete, all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. With ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or gorged into spikes, framed guard bar, barred iron doors; ladder, framed balusters; railing; frame work for water tanks, cooler stand etc and similar work conforming to FE 290-0 or Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and as directed.

Steel window (box type) factory made with side hung shutters including pintol hinges, steel handles, steel peg stay and all locking arrangement complete with glazing bars dovetailed or welded including one shop coat of red oxide primer complete all specified and as directed. Notye : i) The window shall be fabricated as per Drg No CEUZ/TD/1269/2008 Sheet 1/3 to 3/3 (ii) MS fillets, glazing, wire gauge shall be measured and paid separately.

Min wt of membrane will be 3.5 Kg/Sqm and bonded completely to the surfaces with min end overlap of 15 cms and side lap 75 mm (overlaps to be bounded with thermo fused by flame) and over APP applying one coat of hot blown bitument 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm blinded with fine sand in dry condition @ 0.5 Kg/Sqm and applying two coats of aluminium paint on roof complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Water proofing treatment will be done by manufacturer of APP membrane or through their authorised specialized agency which will further have to give a five years warranty for rectification of any defect if incurred at a later stage, otherwise no payment shall be made to the contractor if water proofing treatment is executed otherwise.

Pre-painted coloured plain steel profiled Galvalume/Zincalume sheet with Min 0.50 mm TCT with BTM of 0.45mm thick conforming to IS-513(AZ-150 GSM, Al Zn alloy metallic coating 550 MPA yield stress as per AS-1397) as roof ridge colour/exterior coat of silicon modified polyster/BHPxRW paint system 20 micron top coat applied over 5 micron primer and a 5 micron polyster back coat applied over 5 micron primer ,all fixed with Galvanised self drilling self-tapping fastener (12-14x55 with EPDM seals) complete all as specified and directed.

6mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets fixed with fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with complete all as specified and directed. (ISI Marked)

Providing and injecting along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using Antitermite Treatment chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per running metre including drilling and plugging holes etc. in apron. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : The treatment work shall be carried through authorised agency having valid license and member of IPCA. Certificate for the same and warranty shall have to be furnished before claiming payment.

Providing and injecting Antitermite Treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litre/hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : The treatment work shall be carried through authorised agency having valid license and member of IPCA. Certificate for the same and warranty shall have to be furnished before claiming payment.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation of old painted surfaces and applying one coat of acrylic weather proof exterior emulsion paint on walls, cornices complete all as specified and as directed.
