Dismantling wall and ceiling boards or insulation boards, any thickness, any description, including cover fillets, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 8mm thick Exposed metal frame ceiling with calcium silicate board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre for fixing in 600 mm x 600mm grid (Frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately). Note:- Frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately.), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F POP false ceiling consisting of frame work made with 50 mm Sq MS tube of 18 G thickness as main runner at 600 mm c/c both ways suspended/supported with MS flats 25x4 from existing RCC slab including providing and fixing expended metal of size 5.25 mm x 1.25 mm thickness welded to main runners and applying POP (calcium silicate semihydrate variety) to the expended metal of thickness not less than 10 mm finished smooth to line and level including necessary supports scaffolding etc as required and also including applying a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer over the MS frame work and suspended, complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for two coat of Oil bound distemper on ceiling surface including prepration of new surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for PVC wall Lining consisting of 5 mm thick single side prelam PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 5 mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35 mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC frame, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 8 mm thick laminate wooden flooring, water resistant, termite resistant, polished flooring in a flating glue less click locked & sealed flooring similar to a jigsaw puzzle in this method, the individual planks are locked on the each other by means of the clicking together but do not attach to the sub floor on which it is being installed, incl dismantling old any description, fixed in any position with nails all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixed in repair 12 mm thickness fluted WPC indoor panel fixed with necessary aluminium tube of size 25mm x 38mm x 1.5mm thick with required cilicon & screw as in ceiling/coloumns and in vertical surface, complete all as specified and directed.approved sample as kept in GE Office.

S&F in repairs Aluminium anodised frame for doors, windows and ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc, complete all as specified and directed.
