Providing additional 1X100KVA Distribution Transformer at Fateshawali Darga near Indipump on F-6, A7 Trunk feeder in Chanakyapuri section of O & M City Sub-Division-2, HESCOM, Hubballi of Urban Division, Hubballi under Partial Turn key & lumpsum basis(1x100KVA Distribution Transformer will be supplied by Departmentally)

The bidder should have carried out works involving 11KV/LT UG Cable line and above class for a route length not less than 1.0KM along with 1X100KVA. of DTC SUPPLY & ERRECTION work during any one of the Five Financial years i.e 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 on Total Turnkey/Partial Turnkey Basis/Self execution/ Labour contract basis in any State/Central Govt. Distribution Companies / PSUs and Such works shall be in successful operation for a period of at least 1 (One) year as on date of submission of bid. As a proof of documentary evidence, work completion certificate issued by the competent authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer(Ele) of any State/Central Govt. Distribution Companies / PSUs shall be uploaded. The Bidder should upload work done certificate

The bidder should possess Valid Class1 Electrical Contractor license or Super Grade Electrical Contractor license issued by the Electrical Inspectorate Govt of Karnataka. Electrical license should possess validity

Original/Self attested copies of the technical evaluation documents to be uploaded

The bidder should not have been Black-Listed by ESCOMs/ KPTCL/ any other Government Distribution/Transmission utilities including PSUs as on date of bid submission. Self-declaration for the same shall be uploaded as per Annexure-1

The bidder should not have been defaulted/ short closed due to non-performance in execution of works against the order placed by ESCOMs/ KPTCL/any other Government Distribution/ Transmission utilities including PSUs as on date of bid submission. Self-declaration for the same shall be uploaded as per Annexure-2

The Bidder Shall upload original scanned copy of Valid Labour Registration Certificate issued for Electrical works/Electrical Contractor by the respective competent authority of the concerned department. Labour Registration Certificate should possess validity

The bidder should provide detailed information on any litigation or arbitration arising out of contracts completed or under execution by it over the last five years with HESCOM/KPTCL. A history of awards involving litigations against the bidder or any part may result in rejection of bid. Self-declaration for the same shall be uploaded as per Annexure-3

The bidder shall engage the Labourers employed by him for execution of work are Kannadigas only and are able to Read, Write and Speak Kannada as per the prevailing norms. A self declaration for the same shall be uploaded as per Annexure-4

The Bidder should upload status report of ongoing works in the Superintending Engineer(Ele) O & M Circle Hubballi only in the prescribed format. Self-declaration for the same shall be uploaded

The annual turnover of Bidder in any one of the 5 (Five) financial years i.e, 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23 & 2023-24, 2024-25 shall not be less than 100% (i.e Rs 13.80 Lakhs) of amount put to Tender. The bidder should upload the Copies of Annual turnover certificate and audited balance sheet, profit and loss account duly certified by Chartered Accountant & Income Tax return ITR shall be uploaded

Liquid assets(Cash credit at Bank plus Term deposit in any Nationalized or Scheduled Commercial Bank on or after the date of notification of tender plus Availability of credit facility in any Nationalized/Scheduled Commercial Bank shall not be less than Rs 3.45 Lakhs which shall be supported by certificate issued by any Nationalized or Scheduled Commercial Bank.The said Original scanned Credit Facility Certificate should possess the name of the Firm and tender Indent number and the credit facility to be issued in the name of Superintending Engineer(Ele) O and M Circle HESCOM, Shivaganga layout, Hubli.The credit facility certificate should be in the Format Annexed to this bid as per annexure.
