Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate cast in situ in lintels up to 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water through and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including use of foRunnung metre work (straigth or curved) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. - (i) The unit rate include for use of foRunnung metre work (straight or curved). (ii) Reinforcement if any shall be measured and paid separately.

50mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, sub base and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified & directed.

All as per Srl item no 9 above but except bricks.

10mm thick rendering in Cement and Sand mortar 1:4 over concrete /brick wall surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint, complete all as specified and directed.

One coat of synthetic enameled paint on old painted stone & concrete surfaces over 10 cm width or girth, including preparation of old surfaces , complete all as specified & directed.

Factory made chequered cement concrete tiles 250mm x 250mm x 22-25mm thick (with grey cement and pigments), set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles, laid over 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

RCC pipes class NP2 1000mm dia bore, with collars, ISI marked, jointed with cement mortar, laid in trenches and tested including fittings of same grade including demolition of old existing pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Factory made RCC man hole covers, (Medium duty, M-35 Grade) of size 600mm x 1200mm x 100mm with plain faces, including MS frame (thicknss not less than 1mm), set in position complete all as specified and directed.
