M & L for Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, marking etc of 3 mm thick film on new surfaces or previously treated road surfaces with hot applied retroreflective thermoplastic road marking paint (white/golden yellow) conforming to MORTH (clause 803.4) all as specified with 8 % of glass beads using special applicator machine with heating arrangement upto 160 degree celcius including cleaning and drying the existing road surface to ensure dust, oil, greese and moisture free surface before applying the paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for making connection by cutting of existing CI/DI main 150 mm bore under ground pipe suitable for inserting CI Tee 150 x 150 x 80 mm and CI collar complete for branch connections complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The Rate quoted shall include cost of Excavation , cutting, boring, threading, and any other fitting/ fixture required for taking branch connection.

M& L for sluice valve 80 mm dia with flanged ends class I PN 1.0 heavy duty ISI marked, drilled type with stainless steel spindle, CI gate with brass ring non raising type IS -14846-2000 mark, including iron wheel complete with suitable rubber insertion 3.00 mm thick at both ends with suitable MS bolts, nuts, washers complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Construction of valve pit of the sizes 1000 mm x 1000 mm x 1000 mm of brick masonary with internal plastering from the top of surface including cover of MS sheet 3.15mm thick and angle iron 40mm x 40mm x 6mm with hinges and locking arrangement including painting with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer and grouting to PCC 1:2:4 type B 1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) plastering in cement morter 1:3, foundation concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone agregate (including necessary earthwork complete all as specified and directed.
