Sorting Conveyor- • This conveyor shall help in the feeding and manual inspection and rejection • of the products. • Platform shall be supplied with the machine to facilitate the inspection operation. • O/A length: Minimum 10000 mm • Belt width: Minimum 950 mm • Installed Motor Power: Shall be minimum 2 HP, 3 Ph Geared motor worm type direct mounted. • There shall be a Waste collection arrangement each on both sides. • MOC: SS 304 • Electrical Power in HP : 2 HP

Bubble Washer- • Capacity: Minimum 2500 Kg/Hour • Soaking tank with air piping & perforated sheet. • Vegetables soaked in water soaking area and thoroughly cleaned by high pressure turbo blower to clean soil dust, foreign particles. • Water turbulence is created by pump water circulation. • High pressure Blower of aluminum body mounted on S.S frame to create air bubbles. • Water pump to create turbulence action to push forward the vegetables to elevator. • Provision of Take off elevator. • P.P Belt (food quality) with Product and support flights at minimum 250 mm pitch. • Fresh water is spread on vegetables from top of P.P belt to clean the vegetables. • Pusher Assembly is provided for moving action of vegetables • MOC: S.S 304 • Minimum Electrical Power: o 2 HP Elevator Drive o 5 HP Turbo Blower Drive o 2 HP Centrifugal Pump o 1 HP for pusher assembly

Air Knife Dryer Conveyor- • Capacity: Minimum 2000 Kg/Hr • Air blower having air knifes for removing excess water from vegetables. • Food quality modular PP Belt. • Air blower knife and forced air fans fitted at top of the belt. • Frame of square tube S.S.304. • Electrical power-1+5+7.5 HP • MOC:- SS 304 • Total Installed Electrical Power in HP shall be 1+5+7.5= 13.5 HP

Control Panel- • Provided with all required motor starters, MCB’s, Push buttons, R-Y-B indicator, VFD. • SS Control Panel. • Complete with necessary wirings of suitable sizes. • Cables Trays & support structure.

Working Table- • Dimensions: Minimum 2400 x 1100 x 800 mm • Surface: Matt Finish Top • MOC: SS 304

Supply, Loading-Unloading, Erection, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Training- Supply, Loading-Unloading, Erection, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Trial Run shall be included. Training for operators shall be provided. Operation & maintenance manual should be provided.
