COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE TO HOSPITAL LAUNDRY EQUIPMENTS M&L for comprehensive maintenance including routine, preventive and breakdown maintenance, repairs and servicing of following equipments for smooth functioning including cleaning, oiling, greasing checking of complete system for trouble free functionability, replacing worn out nuts, bolts, V-belts etc as required, complete all as specified and directed. (a) Washer Extractor 60KG- 02 Nos. (b) Tumbler dryer 60 KG- 2 Nos (c) Sluicing machine 30 KG - 01 No (d) Hydro extractor Machine 25 KG - 01 No (e) Flat work Ironer 600x300 mm -01 No (f) Complete Steem system for laundry. (g) Auto Claving machine Steam operated of capacity 30 KG- 1 No (h) Dry Cleaning machine of capacity- 15 KG (j) Flat Bed Press Steam Heated of size 1500 mm x 750 mm -02 Nos (k) Vaccum operated Vaccum finishing rectangular tabe alongwith automatic hand iron -01 No (l) Water softener ion exchanger type capacity 24 hrs continuous at the 220 PPM hardness - 01 No (m) Air compressor double stage screw type

NOTES FOR ITEM NO 1.00 - (i) Periodic maintenance as per OEM (2 Major visit + Inspection) shall be done during contract period. (ii) Rate quoted shall deemed to be included the fixing of spare parts required/replaced for maintenance. (iii) Service Engineer will visit quarterly for routine maintenance and checks all machanism alongwith Greasing of complete mechanism on Quarterly basis. (iv) Contractor shall be available on call from (9 am to 9 pm) and shall attend and replace required spare parts at no extra cost to govt. (v) Apart from routine quarterly maintenance and check visit, service Engineer shall attend any type of breakdown of any machines as and when required within the 24 hours on registering complaint to contractor in complaint register at installation. (vi) Repair/replacement of all parts which have become unusual through wear & tear (e.g Break set, indicated light push button, Actuator limit switch, rubber bush, springs, Main Bearing for motor, Main Contractor, Brake Contractor, TDR, Timer 220V, Brake Transformer 440V/220V,AC, Door gaskit, Angle Valve, 25mm House pipe, Drain 76mm, Pressure Switch, SS Casting, Ball Valve, Degital Temperature Meter 72x72 size or connected) also be provided and will be measured and paid separately under relevent items of BOQ as supply only item. (vii) In case contractor fails to attend complaint within 24 hrs, Rs 1000 shall be recovered as penalty per hour of delay time.

Comprehensive maintenance and servicing of boiler installed at laundry of 750 KG capacity of mechanical laundry including control panel, all connected items and carrying out routine check of the machine oiling, greasing replacement of all the worn out defective minor parts greasing for smooth functioning complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Replacment of minor parts shall be deemed to be included under the unit rate quoted. NOTES FOR ITEM NO 1.00 and 2.00 - 1. Replacement of minor parts shall be deemed to be included under the unit rate quoted. 2. Major spare parts catered under item No. 3.00 to 3.92 shall be measured and paid separately under relevent items of BOQ as supply only item.

M&L for painting of Washer Extractor, Industrial Tumbler Dryer, bed press mashine, Calendering machine, compressor of any capacity cleaning inside surface & out side surface and paiting complete outer surface with suitable paints as recommended including welding work if required, repairing of air blower cleaning and painting etc with all connecting materials, complete all specified and directed.

M&L for painting of Oil Fired steam Boiler of any capacity cleaning inside surface & out side surface and paiting complete outer surface with Heat resistant paint (600° C) including connected pipe lines , welding work if required, repairing of air blower cleaning and painting etc with all connecting materials, complete all specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing steam line using 15 mm GI pipe medium grade including covering with asbsetos rope, aluminium clading with insulation foam and steam line with all spares/fittings required at site for fixing of pipe like suitable flange, collar heavy , ball valve, pipe nipple, teflon tape, non metallic ring gasket, long bend, tee, MS long bend heavy, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing steam line using 20 mm dia GI pipe including covering with asbsetos rope, aluminium clading with insulation foam and steam line with all spares/fittings required at site for fixing of pipe like suitable flange, collar heavy , ball valve, pipe nipple, teflon tape, non metallic ring gasket, long bend, tee, MS long bend heavy, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing steam line using 30 mm dia GI pipe including covering with asbsetos rope, aluminium clading with insulation foam and steam line with all spares/fittings required at site for fixing of pipe like suitable flange, collar heavy , ball valve, pipe nipple, teflon tape, non metallic ring gasket, long bend, tee, MS long bend heavy complete all as specified and directed.
