Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of 11 Tr ceiling mounted air cooled DUCTABLE SPLIT AIR CONDITIONING UNITS with extended Ducting, Micro-Processor based controller, blower,coil filter with scroll compressor including indoor unit & outdoor condensing unit, inbuilt stabilizer, Nitrogen/Pressure testing vacumissing & refrigent charging with R407C, U-PVC condensate drain piping, valves and insulation, electrical cabling, control cabling with 6C x 2.5 Sqmmcooper flexible control cable between IDU to ODU, required anti vibration pad for installing ODU units, sound level of indoor unit shall be less than45 dbA and outdoor unit shall be less than 55 dbA suitable to operate on 3 phase, 415V, 50 Hz AC supply.

Providing & fixing following refrigerant copper piping between indoor and out door unit with cooper fitting Elbows, Socket laying with G.I perforated angle with G.I Rod support including bracing, nitrile rubber insulation of suitable size on the suction and discharge refrigerant piping with necessary fixing arrangement complete etc as required for following. a) 11 TR Ductable Split AC unit 7/8" & 5/8" dia copper piping with insulation.

Supply,installation,testing & commissioning of 1.5 TR 1 phase Highwall Split AC's INVERTER SPLIT UNITS WITH R32 GAS & 5 Star compliant (both indoor and outdoor units), complete with filters, DX cooling coils connected to DX condensing units, including remote control operation for temparature adjustment, indoor unit blower speed, swing adjustment, auto restart, sleep mode turbo mode, with LED display for temparature i/c standard length of copper refrigerant pipe, copper electrical cable & drain pipe, anti vibration pad for installing outdoor units on floor and other allied accessories etc complete as required suitable to operate on 230V, 50HZ 1 Phase AC supply.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 2.0 TR, 1phase cassette type air-conditioner with Hot & cool Inverter with R410A gas & minimum 3 star compliant complete with indoor unit, outdoor unit with energy efficient rotary compressor,anti vibration pad for installing outdoor units on floor and other allied accessories with cordless remote control, etc complete as required suitable to operate on 230V, 50HZ 1 Phase AC supply.

Providing & fixing refrigerant copper piping between indoor and out door unit including bracing, nitrile rubber insulation of suitable size on the suction and discharge refrigerant piping with necessary fixing arrangement complete etc as required for following. a) 2.0 TR cassette unit 5/8" and 3/8" dia copper piping with insulation.

Extra for providing & fixing refrigerant copper piping between indoor and out door unit including bracing, nitrile rubber insulation of suitable size on the suction and discharge refrigerant piping with necessary fixing arrangement and 3 core 2.5 sq. mm PVC insulated copper conductor cable complete etc as required for following. a) 1.5 TR spilt unit 1/2" and 1/4" dia copper piping with insulation.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of single phase 5KVA relay type automatic voltage stabilizer copper coil wounded, wall mounting, bluebird/Powertech model or equivalent having following features. Voltage range (i) input : 150-280V (ii) output : 200-240 V Time delay Relay (ON delay) : 2 to 4 minutes (with defeat) High/low cut off : To be provided for low and high output voltage and should reconnect the load on resumption of supply within limit.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 3C x 2.5 Sq.mm. flexible copper wire for control wiring between indoor to outdoor unit for 2.0 TR cassette unit/1.5 TR spilt unit etc as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mmdia UPVC pipe for drain from indoor unit up to the drain point with necessary fixing arrangement and Nitrile insulation etc., complete as required

Providing and fixing 32mm dia UPVC pipe for drain from indoor unit up to the drain point with necessary fixing arrangement and Nitrile insulation etc., complete as required

Dismantelling of the existing AC units including indoor & outdoor units and handing over to the AAI stores at Shillong. a) 11 Tr ductable Split AC
