Dismantling RCC fencing posts embedded in concrete, any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in -Charge.

Excavation in post holes (for similar holes) each n.exc 0.5cum, getting out, in hard/dense soil and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surface complete all as directed by Engineer - in -Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 mix, type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Fe-290 Gde E-165 mild steel angle or other sections as in posts and struts in fencing etc., and similar work including cutting tops to shape as directed,drilling holes, notching for wire, including all necessary drilling holes for bolting or riveting, etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F MS galvanised chain link fencing fixed to any type of standards, rails, posts, straining bolts etc., including provision of binding wire including dismantling of old fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F mild steel machine made screw bolts exceeding 5cm and not exceeding 10cm long, 5 to 10 mm (diameter of neck) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, screwed end fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Mild steel bar round bars 6 to 8 mm dia in fencing, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, hooking ends and binding etc. conforming to grade I, IS-432 (Part I) all as specified and directed.

S&F for galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm to 100mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, incl securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc., including dismantling old rusted barbed wire any type all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Make : Shankar Saw Mills/Sangam Prefeb Products or equivalent make as approved by GE.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone masonry surfaces of walls etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, surface finished fair and even all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make: LOVELYCEM/ SURYACEM/ JANATHACEM / LUCKYCEM or equivalent make as approved by GE.

M & L Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping including necessary formwork, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles, finishing of exposed surfaces of concrete to fair and even complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 mix type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass-concrete etc., all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 100 mm thick Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in hard standing laid in alternative bays and finishing exposed surfaces by spike rolling or making impressions of expanded metal while the concrete is green complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Forming 12 mm thick expension joint filled with preformed bituminous filler and top 30 mm primed and sealed with sealing compound grade A, thickness of concrete is 100 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Forming 30 mm deep x 10 mm wide construction joint filled with sealing compound grade A complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base and finishing even and rough to receive toping layer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for cement concrete polished chequered tiles 300 x300x 25 mm thick with grey cement and pigment, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the surfaces as in floors over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. Make: NITCO/ULTRA/EUROCON/DECO/BHARAT or equivalent as approved by GE.

S&F in repairs 75mm dia PVC(SWR) pipe(4.50 KGF) for weep holes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: PRINCE/ SUDHAKAR/ NANDI/ FINOLEX/ SWASTIK

M&L for raised pointing to precast cement concrete block masonry in cement mortar 1:4 including racking out existing pointing/joints complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Schedule of Credit (Minus) Rs. 24,075.00 B/F from Ser page No. 24 NOTE: Bidder shall insert credit amount as rate Rs. 24,075.00 in Green field under Col-M.
