Supplying of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per metre) cross arm for 2 wire over head line complete with clamps, bolts, nuts and washer etc including drilling of holes for insulator pins etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finished paint as required.

Providing of 25 sq mm 4 core isi marked, upto 1.1 kv grade Alluminium armoured cable for laying service wire

Laying of one number PVC Insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of size not exceeding 35 sqmm direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. As required

Providing of Onload Manual switch disconnector changer with sheet steel enclosure Type, 100 Amp

Providing and fixing 100 A rating and breaking capacity and pole MCCB with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing following way, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 volts, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper 15 busbar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. Erection of cradle guard as required.

Supply of 6 SWG G.I wire

Erection of G.I wire no-6/8 SWG including binding etc.as required for cage cradle and crosslacing.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc.with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Fixing Charge of supplied items including end termination no 13 at 15% of item cost
