Carrying out repairs to swimming pool by drilling holes, filling epoxy putty & injecting grout by following method :- (a) Drilling of holes of 12mm dia with 50mm to 100mm depth in staggered manner as directed. (b) cleaning of holes by air blower to make it free from any dust of dirt. (c) Fixing of 12mm dia teflon nozzles in the drilled holes by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing of the nozzles with the main structure. (d) Leaving the system to cure for 12 hours and cutting off the nozzle by chisel without damaging the structure. (e) Injecting grouting of epoxy, low viscosity resin, solvent free consisting of base and hardner mixed in proportion through the nozzle as recommended by the manufacturer with mechanical pressure gun till nozzle refuses to accept more grout

Applying three layer coating of epoxy based synthetic rubber latex emulsion (i.e. primer coat, Ist coat, and IInd coats of 100 micron each) after cleaning and making tile surface free from dust for water proofing treatment. Material shall be applied by brush or as per manufacture instructions. Criteria of epoxy resin material:- (a) Material should be suitable for potable water. (b) Material should be compatible with concrete or glazed tile surface in respect of bonding. (c) Aesthetic – Material should be of clear & transparent. (d) Chemical resistant – Proven against wide range of industrial chemicals. (e) Solvent free & non-toxic- Material should be non toxic & no odour during application and can be used in confined area. Note for serial item No 1 & 2 : - (i) The Contractor shall engage a specialist agency (as apprived by the GE) for execution & supervision of this work) (ii) The Contractor, through the agency engaged by him shall be responsible for leakage & stability for a period of 5 years from the date of completion. (iii) The rates quoted for serial Item no 1 & 2 are inclusive of monitoring / testing & certification of the work

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing the rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Linear ceiling system comprising of following :- (a) 84 C ceiling system comprises of 84 mm x 12.5 mm panels with 23.9 mm flange roll formed out of metal coils galvanized coil coated steel or aluminum alloy. Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative type moulded door shutter of size 30mm thick comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer- In- Charge.

Taking up or down CPVC/UPVC/PVC pipes 80 mm bore including inlet valve removing from site (including all fittings) complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, fixing, jointing and testing mild steel MS black pipe with flanged ends ISI Marked, Fe 410 grade as per IS:1239/2004 of nominal bore 150mm, medium grade (Class B) in standard length of 5.50 - 6.00meter, 6mm thick complete including jointing materials such as nuts/bolts/washer/rubber gaskets etc all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) MS fittings, MS flanges, Joints shall be measured and paid for separately. (ii) Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately.

Ductile iron pipe fittings such as bends, tapers, tee pieces single branch, ‘Y’ junction, collars caps and plugs etc spigot socketed or flanges ends type of size upto 300mm nominal bore conforming to IS-9520/2000 with pressure ratingPN-1 (all the fittings shall be coated for rust prevention i.e. external coating zinc rich paint with finishing layer of bituminous as per Annexure-A IS:9523/2000 and internal lining shall be of cement mortar with seal coat as per Annexure-A IS:9523/2000 complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying of CPVC Pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 Fitting 80 mm outer dia in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying of SS-303 inlet valve 360 degree rotation flow, 50mm dia internal fitting & flow adjustable with screw complete all as specified and as directed.

Pipe fittings like MS bends, tapers, tee pieces (single & double branch) any type and angle/radius and straight connecting pieces, collars etc, flanged ends type, of any size / type upto 150mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Under water waterproof light, in repair IP-68, RGB color SS body 20 W with driver and connector complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (a) Six RGB light will be connect to one driver.

PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for lean concrete etc, including necessary form working complete all as specified and directed.

Media comprising of filter sand of particle size 0.4mm - 0.8mm, bulk density loose: 1400kg/m3 to 1700 kg/m3, in accordance with IS: 8419 Part 1, specific gravity not less then 2.5, uniformity coefficient less then 1.5 silica content tested in accordance with IS: 2000 for filling in pressure filter complete, all as specified and directed. Note: (a) Any sample of filter sand shall not contain more than 5 percent by volume of Impurities, such as clay, loam, silt. (b) Loss in ignition not more than 0.70%, Acid solubility not more than 5.00%, Effective size (d10) with a maximum deviation of 10%, Uniformity coefficient (Uc) shall be less then 1.5.

Media comprising of filter gravel of particle size 1.0 mm -2.0 mm, bulk density loose: 1400 kg/m3 to 1700 kg/m3 in accordance with IS: 8419 Part 1, specific gravity not less then 2.5, uniformity coefficient less than 1.5, silica content tested in accordance with IS: 2000 filling in pressure filters, complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) Any sample of filter sand shall not contain more than 5 percent by volume of Impurities, such as clay, loam, silt. (b) Loss in ignition not more than 0.70%, Acid solubility not more than 5.00%, Effective size (d10) with a maximum deviation of 10%, Uniformity coefficient (Uc) shall be less then 1.5.

Removal of existing unserviceable filter media from filter bed of bobbin wound filter, 2000 mm diameter and disposal of unserviceable media/material from each filter bed to a designated place, distance not exceeding 500 metre including dismantling of existing air blow-down piping system, dismantling of AC lateral pipes and header block tees, nozzles etc for cleaning and fixing back, disinfection of entire internal surface of the filter bed using a suitable cleaning agent/bleaching powder, scrubbing the side walls to remove any form of deposit using a wire brush, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying, jointing, commissioning and testing as in repair of ductile iron pressure pipe with socket & spigot ends having IS marking confirming to IS:8329/2000 in standard lengths of classification K-9 suitable for and including push on rubber tyton (gasket D-jointing) with cement mortar lining in the pipes having 100mm bore, including aligning the pipes inside trench as per IS : 12288/197 and testing the joints with required water pressure complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Joint and jointing material shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

Rubber ring tyton push joints ISI marked suitable for spigot & socketed ends DI pipe and fittings for size upto 100mm bore as per IS:5382 with jointing material complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable sluice valve & supplying and fixing ductile iron sluice valve flanges type rating PN 1.6 size 100mm bore conforming to IS-14846 with wheel necessary gasket, nuts, bolts and washers etc and jointing including testing for leakage complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting to existing CI/DI pipe line of size 100mm dia required for repair/ replacement of pipe line and insertion of collars/tail pieces, tee etc including necessary excavation, dewatering of pit if any, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shaft, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in any type of soil all as specified & directed

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc.25cm thick each layer of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement 2.5 Sqmm 4 core PVC sheathed copper conductor cable complete all as specified and directed.

Repairs to existing block masonary valve pit of internal size 1200 x 1200 x1000mm as per following :- (a) Replacement of MS sheet cover with 3.0mm thick MS sheet with hinge & locking arrangement with 25 x 25 x 6mm angle iron frame all around fixed with welding. (b) Rendering 15mm thick in Cement and Sand mortar 1:6 over fair faces of brick / concrete ,finished even and smooth without using extra cement, using water proofing compound, includuing taking down old cement plaster complete all as specified. (c) 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in flooring, finished fair and even, without using extra cement including demoliton of old PCC. (d) Two coats of synthetic enameled paint on MS Cover including preparation of new surface.
