Phase-I Taking down/out unserviceable controller panel & Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Micro Processor and latest technology based controller along with travelling cable and complete shaft harness, all necessary accessories wiring and all connected accessories for VVVF drive of 7.5KW, 380/480 volts, 50HZ as per sample suitable for 8 passengers Lift in replacement of controller, wiring fixture along with accessories, new ARD along with accessories for 08 passengers lift 544 kg of serving Ground plus Eight floors ( total nine landing) with electric power operated door and comprising with the following complete all as specified and as directed. Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of Car cabin of size WxDxH (1100mmX1300mmX2200mm) and automatic centre opening door in SS honey comb finish after taking out old unserviceable one complete with car door header, Car seal, door operator V3F with complete accessories including hand rail on one side of car cabin, floor annunciator with music/arrival chime. Car cabin made out of minimum 16 SWG (1.5mm thickness) stainless steel (Vandal finish) as well as car cabin roof covered with 18 SWG SS (hair line finish), cabin flooring made of chequered plate 5 mm thickness complete and Car cabin having a minimum fire resistance of 1 hr suitable for 8 passenger lifts 544kg (G+8) complete all as specified and as directed.
