Material & Labour in repairs for earth result marker board of MS sheet 3.15 mm thick with suitable size of MS flat of 20 X 6mm thick and 1.2 mtr long and 1 mtr above ground level after proper grouting in ground with suitable PCC work and painting with suitable colour all as directed. Note :- Shapes , size and colour of paint as per existing or directed by Engr-in-charge

Taking out and removing earth strip any size any description all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs galvanized iron strip of size 25 x 4 mm as earth continuity conductor buried in ground or fixed to wall/floor/ground provided with porcelain insulators space no less than 0.5 mtrs complete all as specified and directed.

All as item No 3 .00 above but of size 32 mm x 6 mm

Supply, fixing and brazing in replacement of Earth continuity conductor with adequate size insulator fixed to wall on batten or recess or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 32mm x 6mm copper strip complete all as specified and directed.

All as item No. 05.00 above but of size 20 mm x 3.15 mm

Material and labour for Test point terminal block in repairs as made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm, drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw complete all as specified & directed by Engr in Charge.

Material and labour in repairs for electric Welding of existing GI strip of any size, any height (on roof/ on wall) at various places complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Material and labour in repairs for Brazing of existing copper strip of any size, any height (on roof/ on wall) at various places complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply & fixing in repairs of earthing improving Black fill compound (Conductolite) of 25 Kgs bag for improving earthing result by excavation till middle of the earthing plate both side and filled with Black Fill Compound (Conductolite) complete for any type of earth electrode/earth strip making good as per the existing one before execavation all complete as specified and as directed. Make : ASHLOK Black Fill compound (Conductolite). Note:- Excavation, re-filling soil, removal surplus soil for item No. 01 to 03 shall be measured and paid under relavent item of this schedule.

Improvement to earthing for conventional GI/ Copper earth electrode having high ER value by excavating soil around earth pit filling of agricultural soil obtained from non defence land, filling mixture of salt and charcol 0.2 Cum around the earth electrode re-filling soil and fixing the pit, watering and finally testing & recording results as per item No . 01 above all as directed.

Material & Labour for testing of eathing pits any type, duly disconnecting by test point and other loops. The test shall be carried out using ISI marked digital/Analog earth of reputed make. Test result shall be marked on earth value indicators at site and enterd in a Earth Testing register and putup to Engr-in-Charge after testing all as per directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for taking out pipe line etc for repairs / laying cables etc and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Removal of excavated material [soil] to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L in repairs for 40 mm bore GI pipe light grade ISI marked for earth strip protection/ for lightening arrester with all fixing accessories for copper strip such as, Nut bolts and washers insulator with necessary brick work for fixing GI pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in -Charge.

S & F in repairs air termination single pointed copper rod 12mm dia and 300mm long with fixing socket including dismantling old one complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour in repairs for Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 3.15mm thickness burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to and incl copper strip 20x3mm by means of nuts & bolts, check nuts and washers of brass incl PCC pit of 1:2:4 type B-1, cover reinforced with XPM weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm and 6mm dia bar handle,earth pit angle iron frame of size 25x25x3mm, excavation and earth work in any type of soil, charcoal dust, salt, light grade GI watering pipe 20mm dia with funnel and wire -mesh and medium grade GI protection pipe of 40mm bore from top edge of earth plate upto main distribution board complete all to as shown in electrical plate no 3 of MES SSR Part I 2009 connected board all as specified and testing on completion.(Note:- the earth resistance should be less than one ohms and GI protection pipe and earth lead more than 7.5 RM shall be measure and paid separately)

All as per item No. 18 above but using 32 x 6 mm thick copper strip

M&L for safe earthing electrode (SEE) designed with pipe technology with hot deep Zinc coated & Alloy coated (80 – 100) microns MS pipe size of outer pipe 76.3 mm dia and inner pipe 41.9 mm, 3 mtr long inside filled with ) crystalline conductive mixture (CCM) having non corrosive and conductive properties complete with two bag of Black filled compound (Electrodite) mixed with soil all around the earth pipe for smooth charge dissipation complete with bricks wall earth pit of size 450 x 450 mm with RCC pit cover. Make : Ashlok Model No : ASEEL – 39-ZC (Note:- the earth resistance should be less than one ohms and GI protection pipe and earth lead more than 7.5 RM shall be measure and paid separately)

M& L for earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 3.0 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth strip 32mmx6mm thick by means of bolts nuts,check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No-5 of SSR part-1 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including PCC pit in PCC (1:3:6) type CI cast iron frame 50mm thick pre cast RCC (1:1 ½ :3) nominal mix cover slab reinforced with 8mm dia mild steel bar including necessary excavation earth work in soft/loose soil and disposal of spoil to a distance n.exc 50mtr and funnel with watering pipe wire mesh GI protection pipe 40mm bore including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 21 above but using 25 x 4 mm thick GI strip

S & F in repairs porcelain ridge insulator of size (75x35x40) mm with 01 no. GI blot of 65mm dia and 40mm long including nut & washer and 02 nos GI bolt of 10mm dia and 50mm long including nut & washer for holding/fixing copper/GI / Aluminium strip on roof/wall complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Air termination rod 12 mm dia 1 mtr long single point copper rod including base plate and dismantling old one all as per specified and directed.

Material and labour in repairs for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10cm in width and setting in mortar of 1:2:4 type B-1 with 20mm graded stone aggreagate, suitable for PCC pit for any type of earthing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour in repairs for providing precast cement concreting landing, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) and similar articles with plain faces etc. and setting in mortar (1:4) type B-1 with 20mm graded aggregate, suitable for RCC earth pit cover reinforced with XPM, weight not less that 4 Kgs/Sqm and 6mm dia bar handle complete all as specifed and as directed. (Note : Precast cement concrete item shall be reinforced, where indicated and reinforced shall be measured and paid separately.

Materal and labour for mild steel round bars 6mm to 8mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for RCC earth pit cover reinforced and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

M & L in repairs for GI funnel and wire mesh for earth pits complete all as specified & directed by Engr in Charge.

Provision of services excluding spares for Periodical maintance of conventional fire alarm control panel and testing and cleaning of Loop card , Main board, LCD display, Printer Panel, AC filter, Transformer, Lead acid batteries Multisensor, sounder, MCP, Remote Response indicator, carrying out normal repairs for the trouble free and efficient functioninig of the entire fire alarm system by providing one engineer for Monthly visit all as directed AND AS PER SPECIFIED NFPA 72 Guideline as mentioned in Tender particular specifications.

Dismantling, servicing of all Optical conventional smoke detector as per exact locations with the help of manufacturer's instructions and testing for exact fault locations including cleaning through air blower then reinstalling complete all as specified and directed.
