Construction of subgrade and Earthen Shouldrs (Construction of Subgrade and earthen soulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table (300-2) (including compensation of earth) (a) (including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 KN static roller in stages fo proper grade and cember, applying and brooming stone screening /binding materials to fill up the interestices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required dansity as per technical specification clause 405. Using stone screening Grading III by manual means.

Scarifying Existing Bituminous surface to a Depth of 150mm and disposal of scarified material with a lift upto 3m and lead upto 1000m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.4.

Providing and laying interlocking concrete block pavement (m40) having thickness 80mm as per technical specification clause 1504 complete including carriage.

Providing and fixing of retro reflectorised cautionary mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC: 67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide clause 1701.2.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5mm thick suuported on a mild steen angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 450mm x 45mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 801.
