M&L for 150 mm bore Reinforced cement concrete pipess, class NP-2, including concrete bed to drain pipes in PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded machenically crushed stone aggregate, packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested and making necessary connection after cutting into existing sewer line/manhole to make it functional complete all as specified as following. Note: (i) Cutting into existing sewer line/manhole shall be measured and paid seperately. (ii) Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid seperately.

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1(using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as cover slabs for drain and manhole including necessary formwork and making holes 25 mm dia@150 mm centre to centre ,set and jointed in cement morat 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M &L for Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in cills,stpes,bands ,coping,bed plates,kerbs,hold fasts block etc i including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including formwork complete all as specified.

M &L for Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in surface chanel & drain etc complete all as specified.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 with finished even and fair with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed .

M&L 10 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair with out using extra cement with and including water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement all as specified and directed. NOTE- Supply only integal water proofing compounnd shall be measured and paid separately

Supply only integral water proofing compound confirming to IS -2645-1975 all as specified and as directed.

Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia., and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips

Cutting in to existing manholes for connecting new drains 200 mm internal dia of making good to pipe and rendering cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 round section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, smooth finished and refoRming benching as required

S & F PVC (SWR) bends any radius for 110/100 mm bors of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) Vent Cowl complete all as specified and directed.

S & F PVC (SWR) Floor trap of 75 mm outlet plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep and removal of wild gorth/shurps,roots including spraying of deweding chemical 1 m each side on both side along sewage line all as directed by engr-in-Charge.

Taking down/out covers from septic tanks/soakage well and dewatering the contaminated/waste material from septic tank/soak well/sump well of any liquid depth/capacity by means of using mechanical pumps diesel driven with fuel or by operator seage sucking machine or by way of any suitable means including disludging foreign material,sand,ashes,fiber,silt,grease,night soil etc and removing the taken out sludge mixed material/liquid out side MD land by any means/source and replacing the covers back to its original position complete all as specified and as directed. Note: volume of water shall be measured for the purpose of payment.

M&L for cleaning /disludging of existing septic tank of any capacity/supm well of any dia and epth incl taking out sludge in any form and the other foreign material, sand,ashes, fiber,silt,grease, night soil etc and removing the taken out sludge mixed material/liquid out side MD land by any means/source including writing the date of cleaning with white paint in block size 150x200 mm complete all as specified and directed. Note: volume of water shall be measured for the purpose of payment.

Supply and fixing precast hume pipe septic tank of capacity 25 users incl necessary excvation and earhwork in any type of strata all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

All as per item above but 50 users.

Material and labour for rough dressed shahabad stone, 25 mm to 40 mm thick laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, laid and jointed pointed in cement mortar 1:3 all as directed.

M&L Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base all as directed.

Supplying and fixing precast manhole cover (LD) size 18"x36" made up of steel fiber reinforced concrete M-30 grade as per IS etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing precast manhole cover (LD) size 12"x12" made up of steel fiber reinforced concrete M-30 grade as per IS etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item above but size 18"x18" etc.

Use and waste flat form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs and similar work not exce 200 mm thick.

M&L for bricks and light wearing surface with low grade aggregate of sand,mooram or red bajari surface of soakpits any thickness
