Supplying, providing, fixing in position RCC Crash barrier monolithic with slab M-40 grade as per approved drawings and Technical Specifications (Part I/II) Clause 809 section 800 & section 1000, 1500, 1600, 1700 with their clauses and sub clauses of MORTH specification for Road & Bridge works (4th revision) and including full compesating to costs all operations, contingencies incidentals involved for the finished defect free item of work to specification and as directed by Engineer or his representative to specification.

Providing HYSD bars confirming to approved grade F-415 including all labours for cutting ,bending, binding, lapping, splicing, welding etc. (conforming to ISI specification) & jointing if necessary by lapping & tying the grills & placing in position as required for RCC works as per the approved design, hoisting, lowering & laying position including cost & conveyance of tor steel & binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge(as to be approved by the Deptt.) etc. complete with Cess in all respect (weight of binding wire shall not be considered for payment at all which will be borne by the contractor) as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing & laying of wearing course of 56mm thick consisting of 6mm thick mastic asphalt and 50 mm thick asphaltic concrete on top of the Deck slab. The mastic asphalt shall be of paving grade bitumen meeting the requirement given in the table 500-39, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level & slope after cleaning the surface, applying prime coat including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated fine grained hard stone chipping all complete as per clause 501, 502, 503 & 516 of MoRT&H Specification for road & bridge works (5th revision), followed by asphaltic concrete to be laid in two layers of 25mm thick each over tack coat etc complete as per approved drawing & technical specification Clause No 503 & 507 of MoRT&H specifications for road & Bridge work (5th revision) and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 600mm thick filter media in the rear of abutment and wing walls with 5cm size and down graded hand broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge including cost, conveyance royalty and taxes of all materials T&P articles required for the work etc. complete.

Providing weep holes in the abutment & wing walls 8.00cm. X 23.00cm. size including metal spall backing 30cm X 30cm. size in rear complete as per the approved design & drawing including providing centering & shuttering with cost, conveyance, royality & taxes of all materials T&P articles etc. complete in all respects as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Rough stone dry packing / pitching in slope, protection walls, approns and revetments to designed thickness using hard granite stones of required size of approved quality from approved quarry including quarrying supplying conveying and cost conveyance taxes royalty of all materials including T&P complete including filling the interstices with small stones by wedging and hammering finished to proper slope and level as per direction of the Engineer – in – charge including dewatering if required.

Supplying and fixing of RCC Guard post of 150 mm dia and IM long in RCC (1:2:4) using 20mm down graded size h.g chips including all labours, materials ,carriage ,royality & taxes of etc. complete.

Providing and laying of compression seal joint consisting of steel armoured nosing at two edges of the joint gap suitably anchored to the deck concrete and a preformed chloroprene elastomer or closed cell foam joint sealer compressed and fixed into the joint gap with special adhesive binder to cater for a horizontal movement upto 40 mm and vertical movement of 3 mm.

Cement concrete (1:3:6) in foundation & plinth with 4cm. crusher broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting lowering & laying in layers not exceeding 150mm. thick with proper packing & ramming each layer of concrete by means of vibrator ,providing groove & beads where necessary including curing, dewatering, shoring, shuttering if necessary at the time of laying concrete with cost, conveyance royality & taxes of all material required for the work including supplying & working pumps, T&P articles finishing the exposed surface smooth as per specific ation & direction of the Engineer-in Charge

Supplying, fabricating welded water tight drainage spout assembly to dimensions shown on drawing of dia not less than 100mm with galvanized steel conforming to IS 226 & fixing in position with suitable fixtures at specified locations on bridge decks including painting two coats with bituminous paint sealed with sealant as per IS 1834 around the spout to the deck slab as per technical specification part I / II of clause 2705 of specification road and bridge work MORT&H (4th revision) including full compensation to all operations, all inclusive costs, contigencies, incidental involved for the finished defect free item of work complete to specificaton & as directed by engineer or his representative to satisfaction.

Providing and applying two coats of water based cement paint to unplastered concrete surface after cleaning the surface of dirt, dust, oil, grease, efflorescense and applying paint @ 1 litre per 02 Sqm etc complete as per derection of Engineer-in-charge.

Clearing and grubbing road land including rank vegitation, grass, bushes, shrubs, sapplings and trees girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness etc. all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation in foundation in hard soil with initial lead and lift including dressing the sides & leveling the bed of the foundation to the required width & required depth including dewatering if necessary and stacking the excavated materials away from working area etc.complete and as per specification and direction of Engineer -in –charge.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with 5 extra lead lifts and leads, transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5kms, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & clause 305 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)and as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Supplying & filling good clean river sand inside the well/approach road including watering to complete saturation & ramming complete with all leads & lifts including cost. Conveyance royality & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour & T&P required for the work complete ( measurement will be taken for compacted section as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.)

Providing and laying of Granular sub-base by providing Close graded Granular subbase Grading-III material as per table 400-1, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Providin, laying, spreading & compacting graded stone aggregate to to Wet Mix Macadam specification including pre mixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base course on well prepared surface & compacting with vibratory roller to acieve the desired density as per clause 406 of MoSRT & H specifications for road & bridge works.(4th Revision)

Construction of un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M-30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion and construction joints, applying sealant, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing laying R.C.C. Hume pipe NP3 class for culverts including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection work, backfilling,concrete and masonry work in head walls and parapets clause 1106 of MORD specification for Rural roads and as per irection of Engineer-in charge.
