Dismantling Wall and ceiling boards (fibre,pulp, insulation) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets etc complete all as specified & directed.

S&F 12mm thick perforated particle board 600x600mm as in ceiling fixed with screws as per manufacturer's instructions, including anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling of grid 605x605mm,hangers 6mm dia (upto 1200mm length)adjusting level fixed to roof slab by means of ceiling cleats made of GI flat 40x3mm size & length 60mm and expansion hold fasterners 12.5mm dia,40mm long complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Quoted rate of the item deemed to be included for taking down and refixing (as per existing) minor electric fittings and fixtures (if any) on the surface of ceiling

S&F PVC hollow wall lining interlocking type of 7mm thick plain/coloured /wood grain fitted in to the wall with PVC rawl plug and steel screws including fillets on joints as per manufacturer's instruction etc.complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Quoted rate of the item deemed to be included for taking down and refixing (as per existing) minor electric fittings and fixtures (if any) on the surface of wall

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls/ceiling etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on ceiling, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 with water proofing compound on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed . Note:- WPC will be measured and paid separately

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) following the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer of cement @ 3 Kg per square metre and top layer 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings .complete all as specified (Payment for providing grooves shall be made separately).

M&L for Forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls with 3mm wall care putty and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in coping,bed blocks and similar works including slightly rounded or chamfered angles including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing old padding concrete of any thickness of existing water proofing treatment over the RCC slab other than beams, chajjas, staircase etc by chipping of with porper tools viz chiesel and with applying reasonable force so as to avoid any damages to existing RCC roof slab complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 (Type B0 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in levelling/padding course on roof slab, chajjas, projections on similar surfaces existing with slope, kerbs, roundedor chamfered edges, making the surface enven and smooth without using extra cement including liquid water proffing compound complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:-Liquid water proofing compound will measure and paid seperately as supply only.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 with WPC on green fair faces of concrete surfaces as in roof complete all as specified and directed . Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately

Supply and fix 3mm thick APP Pre-fabricated membrane with non woven polyester matt central core of 160 gsm (min) impregnated and coated on both side layer of APP modified bitumen and finished with micro-perforated heat fusible poluthene film on both surfaces over 0.3 ltrs/Sqm bituminous primer confirming to IS--3384. The weight of APP membrane shall not less than3.0 kg/Sqm and laid over primed surface by using torch and aply uniform preserve with roller. The overlap of membrane shall be 100mm on sides and 150mm on end laps. Applying a coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @1.2Kg/Sqm over the membrane and finally applying two coats of aluminium paint @ 0.10 ltrs/Sqm as directed by Engr in Charge Make:- Torch shield, Asian Paints smart care APP Membrane, IWL, SIkka, Forsroc Note:-(i) The work should be executed through authorised applicator only. Approval shall be taken from GE before commencement of work.

Dismantling CI/PVC pipe of 75/100mm dia alongwith fittings ,below or above GL/laid in floors/fixed to walls jointed in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundations, filling,sub base and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks using modular size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in surface channel and drains complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed .

S&F Glazed ceramic coloured tiles 450mmx300mmx7mm thick (colour and shade as approved) as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dados etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles over & including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

S&F Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the coloured tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 for laying finishes complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Vitrified ceramic tiles, light shade, 8 to 9 mm thick (square/ rectangular), polished,area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & including 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:4 and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18 to 20mm thick Granite (of approved type and colour) work (table rubbed and polished) as in cooking platforms, stair case landing or steps and like in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with approved shade of granite complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Rounding to edges of stone/granite slabs, one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair bib tap , fancy type, with crutch or butter fly handle, screwed down, screwed for 15mm bore pipe & fixed complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in repair pillar taps,fancy type,chromium plated ,cast copper alloy, with capstan heads, screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered 'Hot' or 'Cold' with long screwed shanks and fly nuts, screwed for iron pipe of 15mm bore complete all as specified and directed

Taking up or down 15mm dia GI tubing and connection including, cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed .

Taking up or down 20mm dia GI tubing and connection including, cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed

S&F Steel water tubing,15mm bore, medium grade,galvanised with all fittings , fixed to wall/ceiling and laid in floors complete all as specified and directed .
