Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc.

Material & Labour for point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core multi stranded copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade drawn through in concealed and PVC casing caping with all accessories as required and directed by Engr-in charge, fixed on the surface of Wall/ roof/ceiling / dash fasteners/ wooden gutties and cadmium plated screws as per IS on existing/new if required at site sunk type CI/GI Steel/Wooden terminal with suitable for regular/Modular boxes with 3 mm thick laminated sheet concealed in wall etc. including 1.5 sqmm unsheathed copper continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly for. (Make: Anchor/Havells/Polycab)

(a) One light point point controlled by one switch with cables 1.5 sq. mm size

(b) One fan/exhaust fan point controlled by one switch with cables 1.5 sq. mm size

(c) One 3 pin socket outlet, 5 Amps on the same board with other switches, with cables 1.5 sq. mm size.

(d) One 3 pin socket outlet, 5 Amps, independent, with cables 1.5 sq. mm size.

(e) One bell/ buzzer point controlled by one push button on the same board with other switches or independent with cables1.5 sq.mm. size.

(f) One power point with 2.5 sqmm copper conductor including 2.5 sqmm unsheathed copper continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly and controlled by one 15 Amp switch

(g) All as per items No 2 above for one point for (AC/geyser point ) with PVC insulated unsheathed FR cable, 1100 volt grade multy stranded copper conductor of size 4.00 sqmm (Nominal area ) including earth wire PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volt grade cable with stranded copper conductor of size 4.0 sqmm (Nominal area ) cable common connected to earth dolly controlled by one switch complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing inreplacement of stepped type electronic fan regulator flush type on the existing phenolic laminated sheet etc. as reqd. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old Sheet metal enclouser and supply and fix new sheet metal enclouser cubical type factory fabricated made out of 1.6 mm thick CRCA sheet with front side openable single door system powder coated painted to shade RAL 7032, PL Gasket, hinged single door, IP-55 mounting plate made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet steel and earth bolts etc. of size 600x500x200mm all as speceified & directed by Engr-in- charge. Note :- Cost of any minor modification if required in fixing of the sheet metal enclouser as per site requirement and making good the disturbed surfaces matching with existing finish, will be deemed to be included in the cost of this item.

Disconnecting electric connections and taking down old unserviceable main switches/ DB’s sheet metal enclorsures 02 ways, 4 ways, 8 ways/ duly fitted with MCB’s/ cutouts 32 amps capacity including unserviceable wooden boards and making good the disturbed surface of the wall/ceiling.

Supply and fixing 415V 10KA 'B' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of foour poles (TPN) and current carrying capacity 40 Amp to 100 Amp in the DB complete with connection testing and commissioning.

Supply and fixing SPN 40 TO 63 amp rating 240V, 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of following poles and current carrying capacity in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning.

Supply and fixing SPN 32 amp rating 240V, 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of following poles and current carrying capacity in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning.

M & L for wiring for circuit/submain wiring in PVC sonduit alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of 2x2.5 sq.mm + 1x2.5 sq.mm earth wire FRLS is PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/recessed as required. Note : Two run of 2.5 sqmm cable with combined of R,Y & B and one run of 2.5 sqmm of Green colour in PVC conduit alongwith necessary clamp will be measured as one RM.

Taking down U/S earth plug and Supply & fix new metal clad 20 Amp 230 volts single pole and earth enclosure with two pin and earth plug with socket complete with one single pole MCB of 20 Amp 10 KA all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing LED light fitting mirror type with high out put diffuser 2 feet, 10 watt 220 V AC decorative type with driver holder and LED lamp including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as per directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing LED lights fitting 1x 20W, 220V, AC decorative box type with driver, holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of uitable size from ceiling rose complete all as per directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing inreplacement of surfacce-mounted, round panel with die sact aluminium housing LED light 12 watt Jaquar cat part No LNVE02RO12SW or its equivalent.

Supply & Fixing building security light LED 25 watts including 25mm dia GI pipe with 120 degree bend with all accesories including fitting with point wiring in casing caping, with PVC box and switch PTS and all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old U/S exhaust fan, deposited to MES store and supply and fixing metal/PVC frame exhaust fan of size 150/200mm sweep 1280 RPM, air delivery 520 CMH, power input 28 W single phase 240 Volts connected complete all as directed.

Taking down old U/S exhaust fan, deposited to MES store and supply and fixing metal frame exhaust fan of size 250mm sweep with louver 1280 RPM, air delivery 520 CMH, power input 28 W single phase 240 Volts connected complete all as directed.

Taking down old U/S exhaust fan, deposited to MES store and Supply and fix exhaust fan, steel body AC single Phase. 230V of size 300mm sweep with, blades, and frame and louvers connected complete all as directed.

Dismantling carefully and taking out/removing of old copper winding of ceiling fans of size 1200 mm sweep any type of model or any vintage of any make and rewinding with New super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge as per old copper winding including providing insulation and varnishing (golden), cleaning, oiling, greasing etc and refixing all the parts complete and painting of rewinded fan with blade set of any size complete, with synthetic enamel paint by spray painting including filling cavities with filler, one coat after celaning, including one meter 1.5 sqmm flexible cable 2 core, capacitor holder PVC, canopy 2 Nos all as directed.and testing in E/M Store and re-fixing at the same places . Make of winding wire-Devidayal/ USHA/Chetak of appropriate gauge as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
