Scarifying existing bituminous surface to a depth of 50 mm by mechanical means (Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material with in all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres.)

2.)Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific sizes to water bound macadam (WBM) specification including spreding in uniform thickness,hand packing,rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static rollerin stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screenig / binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 1 as per technical specification Clause 405. Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg./sq.m. using mechanical means. (i)Low porosity

ii) Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Semi - Dense Bituminous Concrete (Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5% of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no.508. complete in all respect. B) With rockdustas filler ( refer table 500-9 ofMoSRT&H specification) (i) with 60 / 70 or VG-30 grade bitumen for GradingII(10 mm nominal size)
