Supply,fitting &fixing, lowering and installation of Fabricated heavy duty G.I. Pipe(column pipe) 10 Nos confirming to IS 1239 (Part-I) 2004, with G.I. Flange at both end (G.I. Flange having 8 nos. hole as per B.S.S.-10 Part-I, table-D, of size:- A) 01 No of GI Pipe implies=150mm dia × 3.00 Mtr. long

Cost of Lowering the assembly pipes concentrically in the borehole including cutting, joining, fitting & fixing of pipes as directed.

Supply & installation of 6.35 mm thick 300 NB MS ERW (IS:3589 SAIL / TATA / JINDAL) housing pipe. (necessary test certificate to be produced.)

Supply & installation of 6.35 mm thick 150 NB MS ERW )IS: 3589 SAIL / TATA / JINDAL) blind pipe. (necessary test certificate to be produced.)

Supply & installation of 6.35 mm thick 150 NB MS ERW slotted strainer pipe. (necessary test certificate to be produced.)

Supplying & fitting MS reducer of size 300 x 150 mm dia.

Supplying & fitting 300 mm dia housing clamp.

Supplying & fitting 300 mm dia well cap.

Supplying & fitting 150 mm dia bail plug.

Supplying & installation of MS bend 90°,150mm dia.

Supplying & packing 3 to 8 mm size pea gravel free from dirt, dust & other foreign material in the annular space between bore hole and assembly pipe.

Development of tube well by air compressor or by over pumping unit for 72 hours or till sand free discharge is obtained including carrying out necessary yield test and fixing draw down level.
