Surface dressing not exceeding 15 cm deep in soft /loose soil and site clearance as cutting of vegetation /bushed/shrubs of any type over ground, digging out roots, filling holes and leveling off ground, stacking of serviceable material and removing of unserviceable material to a distance not exceeding 50 m complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 wide and n. exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n. exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in with approved excavated soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) to a distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and erection of Pre-cast RCC boundary wall as per Drg No CELZ/FZD/WD/ 336/2024 dated 16 Oct 2024 Sheet 1/3, 2/3 & 3/3 and CELZ/FZD/STR/336/2024 dated16 Oct 2024 Sheet 1/3, 2/3 & 3/3 for 08 ton/m2 safe bearing capacity of soil complete all as specified and shown in Drgs.

S & F PVC (SWR) pipes, 75 mm bore single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in wall or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new steel or iron surfaces of any description exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat zink chrome red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Construction of 5.00 m wide steel gate with brick pillar as per drawing No. 579 sheet ½ & 2/2 including excavation in soft/loose soil, PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundation, brick work in CM 1:4 as in pillars, RCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping, 15 mm thick cement plastering in CM 1:4, RFR, removal of soil, steel frame work & two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as shown in drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C) any section, including taking out embedded in con-crete, brick work etc including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling chain link fencing of any thickness and type including wrought iron or mild steel connected work complete all as specified and directed.
