S & F 110 mm bore dia PVC bends (ISI Marked) of any radius / Tee / shoe, fixed to PVC pipes as directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on external wall surfaces of brick work or concrete surfaces even and fair without using extra cement mixed with liquid water proofing material as per manufacturer's instruction including taking down old cement plaster including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing rubbish to a distance exceeding 1 km but not exceeding 2 km etc complete all as specified. (NOTE – WP material shall be measured and paid for separately.)

Cutting or uprooting grass on mud pushka on roof , vertical stack , shaft , RCC Chajjah, etc and removing rubbish off the premises , cleaning the surfaces and preparing to received the new cement pointing etc complete all as directed.

M & L for raking out joints / grouting including pointing in cement mortar to brick tiles of size 30cm x 15cm laid flat as in floor , roof , ceiling or chajjah complete all as directed.

M & L for Flush pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to brick laid flat or brick tiles in pavings complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs including removing the demolished material exceeding 1 km and not exceeding 2 km away from site and disposal off in low lying area as directed.

Demolition of mud in roof, any thickness including plastering and leaping (where full thickness recovered or only a part there of) including removing the demolished material not exceeding 200 m away from site and disposal off in low lying area complete.

M & L for cleaning of top surfaces of concrete roof slab , lime terracing , or surface of tiles with water and wire brush including flashing and junction of parapets etc and brushing cement slurry applied @ 1.20 Kg / Sqm and rendering in 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) priming the surface @ 0.50 Kg / Sqm and laying 3 mm thick APP based polymer membrane of weighing not less than 3 Kg / Sqm reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (Weight not less than 150 Gm / Sqm) laid on primed surface by torch application , side overlap 75mm and end overlap 100mm including 24 hours ponding test complete as a treatment for moderate condition complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L providing 40 mm thick cement concrete in (1:3:6) type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as leveling course on roof slab.

Material and labour for 40 mm thick brick tiles laid on CM (1:6), 20 mm thick and joints grouted flush in CM (1:3) mixed with @ 5% of crude oil by weight of cement or mud phuska complete all as specified.

All as per item No. 1.20 but except brick tiles complete all as specified. Note :- Old serviceable brick tile to be reused after cleaning and washing.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate mixed with liquid water proofing material as per manufacturer's instruction as in benching in concave shape , along side wall adjoining to roof complete.

Cutting grooves in brick wall , 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of grooves with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 1000 litres capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene in white colour, three layered, water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including dismantling of old water tank of any size and any type and removing rubbish to a distance exceeding 1 km but not exceeding 2 km etc all as directed.

S & F 500 litres capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene in white colour, three layered, water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including dismantling of old water tank of any size and any type and removing rubbish to a distance exceeding 1 km but not exceeding 2 km etc all as directed.

SEWAGE AND ALLIED WKS

Material and labour for Cleaning/removal of blockage from bathroom, kitchen, WHB, EWC/IWC (any type) and urinals including connected P or S traps/Nahani traps / gully traps/floor traps, grating, waste pipes, pipe in any length upto Ist manhole etc, choked with mud / other accumulated sludge and getting out, washing thoroughly at any location, at any floor by rodding/choke remover/Pressure technique/ manually or otherwise to clear blockage upto entire satisfaction of users, including refixing of oval assess door covers with new nuts & washers and refixing manhole covers, including removing of all wastes, solid or liquid sludge and depositing the sludge complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for Cleaning of existing sewage system/pipe line of dia upto 200mm including cleaning of manholes (any type rectangular/square/circular) located in different situations/sites, taking off the manhole cover (CI or RCC) and placing in the same original position after and getting out liquid/ sludge/ solid contents from the manholes/ sewage line and complete perfect function/ running/ flowing condition without any obstruction by removing all blockage in system using Pressure jet cleaning technology & Super suction machines only, making it fully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge including removing of all wastes, solid or liquid sludge through closed container, removal of waste material,brick/stone/ concrete pieces from manholes and like and removing all these material out of MOD land, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.( Rate for getting out of liquid, sludge/ other materials from manholes/ lines and removal is included in unit quoted rate)

Notes for item No 2.01 to 2.04 :- (i) Contractor or his representative shall report daily at 09.00 AM except on Sunday / National holidays in the office of Engineer-in-Charge / Complaint cell to receive complaint slip and necessary directions. Complaints received through telephonic message from JE / Engineer-in-Charge shall also be attended on the same day and the completion of work shall be reported by 05.00 PM of every working day to JE/ Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) In case of non attendance of complaints against BOQ Srl item No 2.01 above by the contractor on the same day, a penalty of Rs 200/- per complaint per day shall be recovered from the contractor's due. (iii) In case of non attendance of complaints against BOQ srl item Nos 2.02 to 2.04 above by the contractor within 72 Hrs, a penalty of Rs 10/- per RM per day shall be recovered from the contractor's due. (iv) The cost for all necessary T&P such as green female bamboo strips, iron rods, sewage rodding machine, buckets, rope, ladder, safety mask, bleaching powder etc and all other materials for execution of the work shall be included in the unit rate. (v) At locations where cleaning of sewage line by mechanical means is not feasible, the same shall be done manually after written permission of Engineer-in-Charge.

(v) A complaint register shall be maintained by JE and proper record of complaints received and attended with date and time shall be recorded and shall be signed daily by both the parties (JE and Contractors rep). After completion of complaint for Srl item No 2.01, above the users signature shall be obtained by the rep of contractor on complaint slip / register alongwith satisfaction remarks and same shall be submitted to JE for record. Complaint register shall be kept on record of Engineer-in-Charge after completion of work. (vi) The contractor shall submit the proof of rent paid for sewage cleaning machine, if the machine is taken on rent. The Eng-in-Charge shall maintain the log book for machine utilised at site in both the case of eithter machine taken on rent / owned by contractor.

De-sludging from existing septic tanks, wells of any capacity size and depth including disposal of sludge etc and taking off the manhole cover and placing it in the same position after taking out sludge through mechnically sewage suction pump and directly store in covered container etc complete and removing the sludge in covered van/trolly outside the MOD land all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

De-watering from existing soak wells of any capacity size and depth including taking off the cover and placing in the same position after taking out waste sludge water through machanically sewage suction pump/honey sucker machine and directly store in covered container etc complete and removing the waste sludge water in covered van/trolly outside the MOD land all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches in soft / loose soil not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 mtere deep for pipes / foundation etc or for manholes not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches in soft / loose soil not exc 1.5 metre wide and exc 1.5 meter deep but not exc 3.0 meter deep for pipes / foundation etc or for manholes not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
