SITC of high wall mounted hot and cold split type air conditioning units based on inverter technology each complete with indoor unit and outdoor unit comprising of compressor, condenser coil, fan & evaporator coil, blower, filter etc including providing and fixing of copper refrigerant piping(3 meter) of suitable size insulated with nitrile rubber of recommended thickness, interconnecting of copper conductor power cables 3 core 4 sqmm and communication cable (5 meter) between the indoor unit and outdoor unit through requisite rating single phase automatic voltage stabilizer (Copper wound with OEM test certificate for its rating), MCB of required capacity, plugs and sockets are also included in the job. The automatic voltage stabilizer should be designed for voltage digital display board having input 130-300 V, Output: - 220V ± 5% , 50 Hz. The job includes providing and fixing of flexible condensate PVC pipe of 3mtr length or as required at site and related accessories for mounting of outdoor unit. The job includes DLP for a period of Two (02) year from the date of commissioning of equipment. The job also includes pressure testing, vacuum testing and charging of refrigerant for rated performance of air conditioning machine. The machine should be suitable for operation in ambient -7 to 40°C

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning including vacuuming and Nitrogen testing of following nominal sizes of soft/hard drawn copper refrigerant piping for VRV/VRF/ACs system, complete with fittings, with suitable adjustable ring type hanger supports, jointing/brazing including accessories, insulated with XPLE Class-O tubular insulation/with Class-O closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber tubular sleeves sections of 19 mm thick insulation as given below for Suction and Liquid lines, all accessories as per specifications etc. as required :
