M&L for preparation of old painted steel/AC sheet surface (wall/roof) of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over primer being dirty surface, on steel/AC sheet surfaces complete all as directed by the Engr-In-Charge. Note:Camouflage finishes to be carried out by using of different colours to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls by washing ,rubbing down and stoping of Cement Base Paint or any colour and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade in camouflage pattern(Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over Old surfaces complete all as directed by the Engr-In-Charge.(Make : BERGER (WEATHER COAT ALL GUARD)/ASIAN PAINTS (APEX ULTIMA)/M/s Shalimar Paints ltd (Xtra Tough). Note:- (I) Camouflage finishes to be carried out by using of different colours to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (II) Paint shall be of premium quality 100% acrylic.

M&L for providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth.complete all as directed by the Engr-In-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on walls, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and remove rubbish from site of work complete all as directed by the Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Dismantling of old asbestos cement (Plain,Corrugated, semi corrugated etc) sheet in roof covering fixed in any position with L hooks/J hooks/nails including capping to ridges and hips and remove materials from site of work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 6mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc.Fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook boltss as specified and directed by Engr-In Charge.

M&L for preparation of New steel/AC sheet surface (wall/roof) of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over primer being un prepared surface, on steel/AC sheet surfaces all as directed by the Engr-In-Charge. Note:Camouflage finishes to be carried out by using of different colours to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
