M & L for providing and fixing stretch fabric system on G.I studs 2400 mm X 55 mm web, flanges 15 & 50mm fully knurled giving it high strength, hot dipped galvanized steel with 120 GSM zinc coating specially designed for acoustic vibration management and long life with a backing 50mm thick insulation. Pine wood fiber with magnesium, of size 600 x 1200/2400 x 20mm tile with NRC 1.00, to be mechanically fastened on the G.I Studs. Acoustical infill of absorbwool 10mm which is adhered to the acoustical panel on the front side. Then 12mm/20mm vinyl tracks are screw fixed on the 6mm ply and acoustics panels. Then the Fabric is streched over the Vinyl tracks. The installed system should provide NRC of 1.00. Inherent fire retardant fabric to be used and fabric colour as per users choice . (Contrcator has to take the approval in wirting before finalising the colour of fabric) To be installed on G.I studs 600X600mm centre to centre 2400mm X 50mm web thickness 0.5 mm, flanges 15 & 50mm fully knurled giving it high strength, hot dipped galvanized steel with 120GSM zinc coating specially designed for Acoustic vibration management and long life with a backing 50mm thick, 1000 GSM absorb wool tested as per Fire Retardant ASTMD 635-1991 / Insulation and as per latest Indian Standards for excellent results. Note:- (i) Contrcator has to submit the design and drg from manufacturere before execution of work for approval of AGE(I) & rates quotated by him deems to be included (ii) Contrcator has to take the approval in wirting before finalising the colour of fabric (iii) Third party testing shall be carried out by the contrcator for NRC from Approved testing Lab & Test report Shall be submitted .If Test report of NRC upto 1 is not acheived the complete work shall be redone by the contrcator without any extra cost. Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding, removing the rubbish off the premises of MOD land complete all as specified.

M & L for Brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in old size bricks in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick Screed bed or beeding layer of mortar in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for double charged vitrified finish ceramic digital tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc.removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old industrial socket of AC's complete all as directed.

Taking out the Voltage stabilizer from its original position safely without any damage and refixing after carrying the wall panelling work all as ditected

Taking out the Indoor unit of AC including necessary sealing of tubing and preventing Gas lekages etc from its original position safely without any damage and refixing the same after carrying the wall panelling work including necessary gas charging ,testing complete for satifactory working all as ditected.

Material and labour for point wiring with PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor cable FRLS in and including PVC concealed conduit copper conductor cables 1.5 sqmm 2 run and one run of 1.5 sqmm cable as earth continuity wire, including Modular metal flush box, white cover plate with fram of suitable module etc complete. for fitting switches, socket , bell push, ceiling rose, fan regulator etc including make good distribured area same as existing with colour and as directed by engr-in-charge (phase neutral and earth wire shall be provided in stranded colour code R.Y.B. for phase,black for neutral, green for earth wire) for One light point controlled by one switch SP, one way, 230volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of sheet metal enclosures Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 to 32 amps,240 V complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement MX DUAL PORT RJ45 86 compete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement Bosch Volume Controller 12 W LBC 1400/10 compete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement modular white cover plate with frame 3 way compete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement modular white cover plate with frame 8 way compete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Sub main wiring for PVC insulated FRLS single core stranded copper cable of size 2 x 2.5 sqmm +1x 2.5 sqmm earth wire and drawing in existing conduit and make good distribured area same as existing with colour complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Acoustic Door of 56 mm achieving sound reduction of upto 50 STC, Double layers of 8mm water proof Acoustic Ply with Damper Sheet and double layer of 10mm compressed insulation and Single layer of Sound Damper 1218x1218 mm X 12mm made of 10 mm compressed wood Fiber cement composite 1250Kg/m3 and 2mm damper sheet having 37 STC as per ISO 140 (Part III) 1995). Door frame will be made of teak wood (Sudan Teak). Three side frame and drop seal below will be provided along with the door with high load bearing hinges, incl all fittings and all accessories.
