SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I (BUILDING WORKS) Demolition of Cement Concrete (un-reinforced) in Ground Floors and Pavings not exc. 150mm thickness (above or below Ground Level), complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition), roof, floor, (other than ground floor), beams, stair case, landing, chajjas and similar suspended works, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing tiles from site and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors/vertical surfaces, etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster from brick or concrete surfaces of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for foundation or for shafts, wells cesspits, manholes etc., not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soils, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 metre and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point in soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work using old size fly-ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick Work with fly-ash Bricks Half-Brick thick, Old Size, built in Cement Mortar 1:4, Straight or Curved on Plan to any Radius, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 20 mm thick plastering in two layers, 10 mm each in cement mortar 1:4 with water proofing compound (as per manufacturer's specifications) on brick/stone walls or concrete surfaces finished even and fair ( upto any height) for external surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note : Water Proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately as "Supply only".

M&L 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) to brick or concrete wall surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified and as directed.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) to brick or concrete wall surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified and as directed.

M&L 5mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces of ceilings without using extra cement finishing fair and even including necessary scaffolding complete all as a specified and as directed

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for M-25 nominal mix RCC (1:1½:3), type A-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls, beams, columns in floors, roofs, landings, balcones, canopies, duck slabs, shelves and like etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Providing precast reinforced cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) Set in position in cement mortar 1:4 in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces including necessary forms, moulds, etc complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE: MS reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L TMT Bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending and binding with and including Mild Steel Wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L TMT Bars 6-8 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending and binding with and including Mild Steel Wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Glazed Ceramic colored tiles of size 300mm x 450mm x 7mm thick in vertical surfaces, set and jointed in neat cement slurry, fixed over and including 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 as backing layer and pointed in white or colured cement to match, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for heavy duty ceramic floor tiles of size 300 x 300 x10mm thick in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade complete including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. (MAKE : JOHNSON, Model : Endura or equivalent item in other makes listed in the tender)

S&F in repair cast iron work Gd FG-150 unmachined as in brackets, gratings, gully traps, manhole covers etc in articles not exceeding 5 Kg each complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel framed works such as grills, gratings etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walkways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar works conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Expanded metal, cut to length, bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9 mm dia or fixing with galvanised steel staples supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members, weight n exc 4 Kg per Sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation filling, fixing of post holes, support to flag pipe and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type 'B-1' (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base floors, complete all as a specified and as directed

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for laying and fixing Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over 10 mm thick cement screed in cement mortar 1:3 and jointed etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out precast interlocking paver block, any size, and keeping aside for re-use or removal from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: Cost of sand cushioning is deemed to be included in the quoted rates)

All as per item No.39 above, but Relaying of paver blocks (obtained from dismantling/taking out here in before) in patches, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type 'C-1' (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in Surface channels, drains, etc., including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type 'B-1' (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floorings, benching to drains, coping etc., and the like edge slightly rounded or chamfered including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded aggregates in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones , bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Precast cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded aggregate in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings, kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, bonders (for stone walling), corbels, brackets, etc.(of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in CM(1:4) with joints to match, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rolled mild steel sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates Gde Fe-410-W (Gde-E 250) quality-B complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for fixing of old serviceable steel sections (obtained from dismantling), including necessary cutting, welding etc., complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Steel window with side hung shutter including box type hinges with steel handle and steel peg stay, complete without glazing bars, dovetailed or welded, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters, from the frames) not exceeding 1.50 Sqm each and removing off the site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters, from the frames) exceeding 1.50 Sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each and removing off the site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made 35mm thick with 2nd class hard wood, rail and style factory made plain framed panelled shutter (two/one panel) with lock, rail and panel of 9mm BWP commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail & style as per IS:1003(Part-I) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 30mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed & skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to received glass, gauge etc.(without sash bars) edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc, size of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I section 8, clause 8.20(a), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made solid PVC door frame (chowkhat) of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm plain colour wood grain PVC sheet used instead of plain colour PVC sheet & edges will be painted to match with printed sheet reinforced with MS square tube, S&F in opening as per specification & drg as per manufacturer instructions, all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made solid PVC door frame (chow khat) of size 100 mm x 45mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet, frame reinforced with MS square tube of size 40mm x 20mm of 19 gauge throughout the frame, fixed in opening as per specification & drg as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Factory made solid PVC moulded door shutter, 28 to 30 m thick(stiles) with 2,4 or 6 raised panel design with 2 mm thick moulded PVC sheet on the front face & 2 mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face with particle board core complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel work as in hold fast made out of flat iron any size including necessary welding or fixing nut and bolts, and similar articles, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing 100 mm stainless steel butt hinges (medium weight) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old treated/painted surfaces of walls and soffit of chajja, roof slab etc., by cleaning, brooming, rubbing and scrapping as required using broom, emery paper, putty blade/scraper as applicable to make the surface free from loose paint, algae formation, dust etc including necessary safety & protective measures such as safety belt, headgear etc including filling cracks upto 5mm with and including suitable elastomeric crackfill paste and applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint over a coat of suitable exterior primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of existing water proof treatment of any description from roof surface including cement plaster/screed bed carefully from the surfaces, roughening concrete surfaces and cleaning the roof surfaces by brushing, sweeping and scrubbing down with water and removal of debris complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brushing cement slurry @ 2.75 Kg/sqm over cleaned roof surface prior to application of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing Cement Concrete, Type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.50 mm graded Stone aggregate), as in roof padding, finished even and fair complete all as directed by Engineer - in - charge .

M&L 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:3 over roof mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: WPC will be measured and paid separately)

M&L for water proofing treatment on existing cleaned RCC roof with the following specifications and manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed :- (i) Preparing and cleaning of fully dried surfaces as per IS 3067-1966. (ii) Applying bitumen primer conforming to IS:3384-1968 over the cleaned base @ 0.50 litre per sqm. (iii) Providing a layer of 3 mm thick APP modified pre-fabricated five layer, weight not less than 3.6 kg/sqm, black finished reinforced with non-woven polyster matt membrane with butane torch application. Overlap shall be minimum 100 mm on the transverse direction and 75 mm on longitudinal direction. (iv) Applying two coats of bitumen based UV reflective paint with aluminium finish @ 0.10 litre per sqm over APP membrane.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge or any thickness in roof covering including stacking serviceable materials of re-use and removing unserviceable materials complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.50 mm thick TCT (total coated thickness) pre-coloured galvalume sheets with minimum base metal thickness of 0.45 mm, single skin high rib/multi rib profile galvalume sheeting having 1000-1020 mm width and 28-30 mm high crest @ maximum 250-255 mm pitch (centre) with sheets manufactured out of 0.50 mm this TCT (total coated thickness) high tensile galvalume sheets having tensile strength 550 MPA with 18-20 micron top coat over 5 micron primer and 8-10 micron alkyld backer zinc aluminium alloy AZ-150, sheets having a dip metallic zinc (43.5%0 aluminium (55%) & silicon (1.5%) with total mass coating of 150 gms/sqm on both sides, having wide pans with minimum 3 small stiffening ribs for effective water shedding and special male/female ends with full return legs on laps for purlin support and fixed as per existing profile of roof complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.88 above, but 0.50 mm thick coloured plain galvalume sheet as in ridge/valley gutter of roof.

S&F 2.0 mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugation side lap fixed with 'L'- type or 'J'-type or cranked hook bolts, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work of any description including doors, gates, railing etc but excluding framed trusses complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing of Fe-410- W(Gde- E-250) quality- B, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying 450 mm bore reinforced concrete pipe of Class NP-2, laid and jointed with jute & cement mortar 1:1, complete with collars all specified and as directed.

S&F in repair Steel rolling shutters (Thickness of laths 1.25mm), with out ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated, complete: push pull or manual type etc complete all as spd and as directed.

Repair to Steel rolling shutters any thickness size and shape with out ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in same position as indicated, complete: push pull or manual type etc complete all and as directed.

Dismantling of posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any description in any sections including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground post embedded in concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old chain link wire mesh fencing including flat iron, ms round supporting bars, bracing bar etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes each not exc 0.5 Cum getting out returning filling in and removing earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc 25 cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and making good surface as in soft / loose soils, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Rolled mild steel in joist, channel, angle, or tee section fixed independently, upto a height of 6 metre from each floor level (cut to ordinary length i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) of FE-410- W(Gde-E-250) quality-B including using iron props and steel plates to existing RCC overhead members like beams, slabs etc., so as to ensure safety of existing structure and floor during repairing works complete all as specified and as directed.

Mild steel work as in flat iron fillets for securing wire mesh etc. including all necessary drilling ,bolting or riveting ,etc.and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete as specified & directed.

S&F MS 11-15 mm dia screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other each screwed end to be fitted with washers exc 5 cm but n exc 10 cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F MS 10 mm dia round bar and fixed independently to angle iron for chain link fencing cut to length, bend to shape required, complete all as specified and as directed

S&F 4 mm dia PVC coated galvanised mild steel chain link fencing of mesh size 50 x 50 mm fixed with straining bolts including line wire any mesh size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc. including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: MS post, MS round bars, flat iron, nuts & bolts shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F in repair 15mm bore galvanised steel tubing (medium grade) with all fittings and fixed to walls and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 20mm bore galvanised steel tubing (medium grade) with all fittings and fixed to walls and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-III (EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS) M&L Cleaning of 0.240 MLD RCC construction equalization tank of size 5.0m x 4.0m x 2.0m (Inner dimension) along with fine bar screen chamber, grit chamber and connected system by blocking the inlet / outlet flow from manholes, lifting the excess semi-solid sewage water out of the sump, removing the entire deposited sludge, mud, silt etc, scrapping the internal wall / floor with wire brush (to remove deposited scales, mud etc from the walls / floors by using suitable tools and plants, manually from the bottom of the tank) , and removing the same at a distance n.exc 50m from site where directed, and depositing in collection pit duly spreading of bleaching powder inadequate quality over sludge and adjoining area including necessary earth work for excavation of pit and returning filling, complete all as directed by the Engineer-in Charge.

M&L Cleaning of 0.240 MLD RCC construction clarified water tank of 8.5m x 4.0m x 2.0m (inner dimension) and lifting the excess semi-solid sewage water out of the sump, removing the entire deposited sludge, mud, silt etc, scrapping the internal wall / floor with wire brush (to remove deposited scales, mud etc from the walls / floors by using suitable tools and plants, manually from the bottom of the tank) , and removing the same at a distance n.exc 50m from site where directed, and depositing in collection pit duly spreading of bleaching powder inadequate quality over sludge and adjoining area including necessary earth work for excavation of pit and returning filling, complete all as directed by the Engineer-in Charge.

M&L Cleaning of 0..240 MLD RCC construction FMR (fludised media reactor) with tube setter / lamela setter tank ( MBBR and tertiary system) of size 10.5m x 3.2m x 3.0m (Inner dimension) and lifting the excess semi-solid sewage water out of the sump, removing the entire deposited sludge, mud, silt etc, scrapping the internal wall / floor with wire brush (to remove deposited scales, mud etc from the walls / floors by using suitable tools and plants, manually from the bottom of the tank) , and removing the same at a distance n.exc 50m from site where directed, opening the blocked manholes etc before normalising flow of sewer complete all as directed by the Engineer-in Charge.

M&L Cleaning of 0.240 MLD RCC construction sludge Holding tank of size 3.0m x 2.0m x1.8m (Inner dimension) and lifting the excess semi-solid sewage water out of the sump, removing the entire deposited sludge, mud, silt etc, scrapping the internal wall / floor with wire brush (to remove deposited scales, mud etc from the walls / floors by using suitable tools and plants, manually from the bottom of the tank) , and removing the same at a distance n.exc 50m from site where directed, and depositing in collection pit duly spreading of bleaching powder inadequate quality over sludge and adjoining area including necessary earth work for excavation of pit and returning filling, complete all as directed by the Engineer-in Charge.
