Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete Hot finished welded type tubes as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Fixing Roofing of Polyurethane Foam Sandwiched between Pre painted 0.5mm(Zero Point Five mm) thick Galvanised Steel Sheets with panel thickness of 30/70mm(Thirty/Seventy mm) max upto Rib Tapered Trapezoidal Profiled roof to prevent the structure from rain water with in built features likes Boxes edges, which prevent the rain water from free falling and helps drive the panel type will come with desity of 40+-2Kg/cum(Fourty+-Two kg) and blowing agent as Cyclopentane. Fixing of 'L' and 'U' shaped pre painted Flashing of size (35x35mm)(Thirty five x Thirty Five mm),(35x35mm),(Thirty five x Thirty Five mm) as and if required for covering each and every corner complete with riveting done with pneumatic reveting machine, as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Fixing wall of Polyurethane Foam Sandwiched between Pre painted 0.5mm thick Galvanised Steel Sheets with panel thickness of 50mm short Rib configuration for extra strength with off white colour. The panel type will be tongue and groove with density of 40+-2Kg/cum(Fourty +-Two kg) and blowing agent as Cyclopentane. The panels are unique tongue -n-groove joinery for air tight, effective panel to panel interlocking that is easy to install and provide effective sealing. High quality silicone sealant of white color will be applied thoroughly at each and every part of the structure in order to make it leakage proof and properly sealed as per the direction and entire statistaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of required size M.S. laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength conforming to IS: 4454 - part 1 and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades,laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Size of Tile 600x600 mm

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand) : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing Pre -laminated medium density fibre board exterior grade (Grade-I) IS:14587:1998 marked, to frame, backing or studding with screws etc. complete ( Frames, backing or studding to be paid separately). Pre-laminated with decorative lamination on both side exterior Grade - I MDF Board 18 mm thick confirming to IS:14587 as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Wiring for light point / fan point / exhaust fan / call bell point with 1.5 Sq. mm. PVC insulated heat resistant flame retardant (HRFR) and low smoke single core (flexible) copper conductor cable in PVC casing & capping and earthing the light point with 1.5 Sq.mm. HRFRLS/PVC insulated single core copper conductor cable as required Group C as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Wiring for light plug with 2x1.5 Sq. mm. PVC insulated heat resistant flame retardant (HRFR) and low smoke single core (flexible) copper conductor cable in PVC casing & capping along with 1 No.1.5 Sq.mm. HRFRLS/PVC insulated single core copper conductor cable for earthing as required as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Wiring for power plug with 2x4 Sq. mm. PVC insulated heat resistant flame retardant (HRFR) and low smoke single core (flexible) copper conductor cable in PVC casing & capping along with 1 No.4 Sq.mm. HRFRLS/PVC insulated single core copper conductor cable for earthing as required as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing metal box of 180mmx100mmx60mm deep (nominal size) on surface/recess with suitable size phenolic laminated sheet cover in the front including providing and fixing 5 pin 5/6 amps socket outlet and 5/6 amps, piano type switch, connections, painting etc. as required as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing metal box of 180mmx100mmx60mm deep (nominal size) on surface/recess with suitable size phenolic laminated sheet cover in the front including providing and fixing 6 pin 15/16 amps socket outlet and 15/16 amps, piano type switch, connections, painting etc. as required as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing of following way, single pole and neutral sheet steel MCB distribution board, 240 volts, on surface / recess, complete with tinned copper bus- bar, wireset, neutral link, earth bar, din-bar, detachable gland plate, blanking plate, cable, identification labels interconnections, phosphatized and powder painted, including earthing etc. as required Single door-6 way as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and erection of 6 amps. to 32 amps. rating, 10 KA breaking capacity, 240 volts, 'C' curves, miniature circuit breaker of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections etc. as required Single pole. Cat-A as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and erection of 25/40/63 amps rating, 10 KA breaking capacity, 240 volts, 'C' curves, miniature circuit breaker of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections etc. as required Double pole. Cat-A as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Earthing with Copper earth plate 600 mmx600 mmx 3 mm thick, including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipeof 2.7m long etc. but with charcoal or coke and salt complete as required as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

S/F Led Tubelight of syska or its equivalent approved make of complete with connections etc as required capable in all respects.Led tube 8 watt as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
