Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement:6 sand :12 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering in: a) Foundation and plinth.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 with 15% plums and curing complete including the cost of form work for plain /reinforced concrete in retaining walls, braeast walls, the size of plum should be 150 to 300 mm as per drawing and HPPWD technical specification.

Providing and laying heavy duty precast cement concrete inter locking paver blocks vibro compacted upto M-50 grade i/c border or kurb block grey or coloured over sub-base of concrete with 25 mm thick average thickness of cement mortor 1:4 (1 cement :4 sand laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to much the shade of blocks i/c curing rubbing & polishing complete. Sub base concrete floor to be paid for Separately. a) 60 mm thick inter locking blocks.

Repair to plaster in patches of 2.50 Sqm. and under and 10 to 15mm thck includig cutting the patch in proper shape and replastering the surface of the wall including dsposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within a lead of 20 mettre with: a) Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 Cement :4 Sand)

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory, windows and other frames wrought, framed and fixed in position. a) 2nd class deodar wood.

Providing and fixing panelled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors window and clerestory windows including black enameled iron butt hinges with necessary screws: a) 40mm thick 1) 2nd class Deodar wood.

Providing and fixing Wire Gauge Shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauge of I.S. gauge designation 85 G. with wire of dia 0.56 mm for doors windows and clerestory windows including bright finished black enameled iron hinges with necessary screws. a) 40 mm thick 2nd class deodar wood

Supplying and fixing glass panes with putty and nails including removal of brocken galss panes wherever necessary: a) Plain glass 4mm thick.

Providing and fixing plain square edged cover fillets (beading) 40mmx12mm section with wood screws in ceiling and lining including mitring at junctions. a) 1st class kail wood.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint: a) In gratings framed guard bars, ladders, railling, brackets and similar works.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equarlied on undercorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after thoroughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt dust, and other foreign matter etc including sand paper smooth complete
