The unit shall deliver the rated capacity at AHRI Conditions as per OEM design and work even up to miniumum 49°C ambient temperature without tripping. NOTES:- Applicable for BOQ Serial Item No. 1 to 4 here in above deemed to be inclusive following provision (i) The outdoor shallbe be heat pump type Note :-(i) The ODU shall have low noise condenser fans & extrernal static pressure of the outdoor unit shall be more than 75 Pa to avoid hot air recirculation, auto address setting, refrigerant cooled PCB & auto refrigerant charge facility and other connected acessories as per OEM recommmendation complete. .(ii) The quoted rate shall be deemed to include lifting, shifting, positioning at site of all the equipment, fittings, topping up of refrigerant, MS frame work for outdoor units installation , vibration isolators, cutting hole in wall/slab, making good wall surface and ancillary material as per OEM specifications and all other connected materials and acessorie to make the outdoor unit operational as per OEM recommmendation and specifications.(iii) The control panel shall have incoming power RCBO as per OEM recommendation for VRV unit control panel (iv) The individual control panel shall have microprocessor based all materials and connected acessories as per OEM recommendation and design complete (v) All the AC unit control panels location will be as approved by Engr-in-Charge.(vi) it shall be possible to start and stop the unit from remote locations, Outdoor units shall be installed on floor foundation as per the site condition.(vii) Contractor shall provide Humidifier & dehumidifier arrangement in both FTL and CPT Hall. (viii) Suitable canvas connection shall be provided at the outlet of blower. (IX) Electrically controlled / operated control such as humidistat and thermostat along with all equipment and accessories shall be provided by contractor (x)Contractor shall submit ADP of coil, total dehumidified quantity of air and duct design within 30 days of acceptance of contract. (xi) All necessary civil work and including making holes wherever required for installation of the above said equipment’s, laying and passing of cables, ducts shall be carried by the contractor without any extra cost to the department.xii) Foundation bolts, fashner and any other hardware required for installation of above equipment’s to be provided by the contractor without any extra cost. (xiii) All refrigerant piping and cable arrangement from Dx unit to AHU shall be carried out in proper dressed way, in alignment and piping to be laid on tray to be provided by the contractor without any extra cost.

NOTES:- Applicable for BOQ Serial Item No. 1 to 4 continue… (xiii) Pressure gauges, thermometers, flow switches, HP/LP cut outs, humidistat’s, electronic thermostatic expansion valve, solenoid valve, humidity transmitter and any other controls, safety devices and advanced / latest technology considered necessary for achieving the specified inside conditions shall be inclusive of the rate quoted in the above respective items. (xiv) The AHU should have mixing box for fresh air . (xv) The AHU price should included Humidifier with humidistat (xvi) The AHU must have dual motor.(1 working + 1 standby) (xvii) The AHU must have Dual DX coil of minumum 30 TR or OEM recommendation .(1 working + 1 standby) for BOQ Serial item No 3 and have Dual DX coil of minumum 26 TR or OEM recommendation.(1 working + 1 standby) for BOQ Serial item No 4 (xviii) The AHU must have strip heater of 4 KW x 3 Nos will all required RH sensor & control panel. (xix) The AHU price must included thermistor base panel to control heater & humidifier with VFD ,on/off push button, voltmeter, amp metre ,overload relay and connected accessories as per OEM recommendations .GENERAL POINTS (i) Installation and commissioning of DX unit and AHU shall be carried out through Authorised Original Equipment Manufacturer's Service Centre Engineers as approved by GE, (ii) Contractor should submit the original purchase voucher and test certificate of DX unit AC plant, AHU, LT panel, cable, stabilizer, Duct sheet to the department. (iii) Drawings of lay out of equipment, electrical & control panel,AC Duct design shall be approved by Accepting Officer or their representatives before commencement of work. (iv) Contractor has to provide Schematic diagram of AC plant details on a luminous Fluorescent sheet as directed by Engr-in-Charge in all two plants.

Applicable for BOQ Serial Item No. 1 to 4 continue… (v) Operation manuals (03 copies) shall be given. (vi) Even though the item of AC Plant, AHU, Duct work, control cable, electrical cable, LT panel, Control panel, microprocessor controller, VRV/VRF have been catered in BOQ, however any other item left out and required to achieve air conditioning parameters as specified in Appendix A to Central AC and for functioning of equipment to be provided by contractor without any extra cost to department. (vii) Phase – I test for 24 hrs will be carried out after completion and after successful completion of test, Provisional completion certificate will be given. Phase – II test for 72 hours will be carried out in summer, monsoon and winter. After successful completion of these tests, Final completion certificate will be issued. (ix) All ducts, piping work, fitting etc shall be of specified type, quality design and workmanship and are neatly laid, fixed and painted to match the surrounding work. (x) Design of duct dimensions / sizes of supply air and return air duct for FTL Hall and CPT Hall as per CFM of AHU to be submitted by the contractor duly vetted by the specialized agency within 30 days of acceptance of tender without any extra cost. (xi)Contractor shall provide platform for AC equipment and weather protection over Dx out door unit without extra cost to department. (xii) Contractor shall provide control panel of DX unit and AHU with VRV/VRF and necessary contractor and relay as required with complete connection.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of wired remote for miniumum 26 TR AHU unit or as per OEM recommendation with and including all connected accessories complete through Authorised Original Equipment Manufacturer's Service Centre Engineers as approved by GE, complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fixing of Copper refrigerant tube of suitable size as confirm to IS 10773-1995 & IS-54963-1981 with 19/13 mm thickness closed cell nitrile rubber tubular insulation for VRF system both liquid and gas lines connected to indoor unit, AHU and outdoor units and including fixed to wall or laid in floors/cable tray or properly supported and making good to distruded surface of wall and roofs and matching to exisiting colour/false ceiling or as per OEM recommendation with and including all connected accessories complete through Authorised Original Equipment Manufacturer's Service Centre Engineers as approved by GE, complete all as specified and as directed . Note : (a) All internal copper pipe and external nitrile rubber shall run a single unit and cost of same shall be deemed to be included in quotated rate.

M&L for Earthing complete with Galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground with earth pit not less than 3.25 meter deep below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 2.5 meter below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron strip 25x4 mm as earth lead strip by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts, washers of galvanized iron as steel all as shown electrical plate No 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion, surrounded from all sides by mixture of charcoal and common salt and elctrode by means of steel and GI pipe light grade 20mm bore dia bore for watering funnel with wire mesh, CI cover with frame , PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 excavation and earth work all as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified. NOTE : 1. The unit rare includes for protectionh GI pipe of 40mm and watering pipe of 20mm bore including excavation for earth pit in any type of soil/disintegrate rock. 2. Contractor has to bring agriculture soil from outside of defence land and fill in earth pit to acheive desired result as the soil resisitivity is very high. 3. The cost of GI strip of 25x4 from top of earth plate upto 7.5 meter above ground level is deemed to be included in the unit rate. 4. All the joints in GI strip and connectgion with earth plate to be welded through brazing and in addition by providing double brass nut bolt and washer. 5.Costing of welding and nut bolts are deemed to be included in the unit rate

M&L for Earth continuity conductor GI strip of size 25 mm x 4 mm fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any kind of soil ,complete all as specified and directed Note : Manual excavation to be done. During excavation if any damage occured to existing cable any type/ water pipe line, it will be contractor responsibilty to get it repair and make functional by providing jointing kit etc without any extra cost. Contractor has to repair it within 24 hrs so that essential service can not be effected due to such damage.If contractor fails to repair it within 24 hrs penalty @ Rs 500/-per hour will be charged to contractor. In this GE decision will be final.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level, not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L providing sand cushioning with a layer of clean, dry, fine sand for protection of electric cable laid in trenches/ducts, punned down to desired thickness complete all as specified and directed. (Note: For payment purposes only punned down thickness of sand shall be measured )

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover Class LV, Type-I, flat as per IS - 5820 of size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm , laid flat , dry , laid perpendicular to the length of under ground cable in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.
