Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving's not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and disposing of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (including backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises and disposing of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., and disposing of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Uprooting or scrubbing plants / shrubs / flora / fauna on walls, girth not exceeding 100 mm, cutting holes in walls, digging out roots applying sulphuric acid / phenolic acid as per manufacturers instructions to burn out deep grown roots and making good the surface using CM 1:3 (mixed with and including water proofing compound) complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting of tree branches of girth not less than 10 cm, falling on buildings, roof top (15 m height bldgs.), by manual or mechanical method and removing the branches outside MD land as and when the cutting is completed all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of leaves, dust, caked mud and other foreign material on the roof surfaces (up to six storied Bldgs.) and to make the surface good for easy clearing of rain water through rain water pipes including removal of debris outside MD land and making good the surfaces complete all as directed. Note : Quoted rate shall deemed to include cost of scaffolding or ladders etc., required for approaching roof top.

Taking down existing roof treatment of any type, preparing the roof top surfaces, by sweeping and removing all loose dirt, providing material and labour for Atactic Polypropylene modified polymeric membrane, made of 90 micron high density polyethylene film sandwiched between two layers of polymeric (ATACTIC POLY PROPYLENT BASED) bitumen and finally laminated on both sides with 20 micron HMHDPE film (weight not less than 150 grams / sq m), including applying bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 applied @ 0.3 litre/sq m ,membrane shall be laid uniformly (minimum overlap of 100 mm at joints) with torch flame and finally applying a coat of aluminium paint @ 100 ml / Sq m complete all as specified and as directed. Note: i) Padding concrete for maintaining slope will be measured and paid separately under respective item. ii) Cost of providing, Screed bed of 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound over padding concrete shall deemed to be included in this item. iii) Supply only water proofing compound will be measured and paid for separately under respective item.

Supplying only liquid based waterproofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling existing false ceiling framework, providing material and labour for Gl frame work of size 605 x 605 mm as in ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm center to center/ intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm center to center with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having curled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm center to center. Hanging framework with Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (up to 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long, including fixing 12 mm calcium silicate board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre in 600 mm x 600mm grid, including applying 1 mm thick wall care putty over two coats of plastic emulsion paint over a coat of primer, complete all as per manufacturers instructions, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling existing false ceiling framework, providing material and labour for, Anodized aluminium snap grid of size 605 x 605 mm, as in ceiling, fixed with screws and suspended with 6 mm dia GI wire (apprx 1.2 m length) and adjusting to a uniform level, fixing of hangers to roof slab with cleats made of GI flat of size 40 x 3 mm, 60 mm long, Supply and fixing 8 mm calcium silicate board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre for fixing in 600 mm x 600mm grid, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, for Plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), 25 mm thick as in padding concrete / leveling course over slabs, finished fair to receive screed bed and water proofing treatment, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs of any thickness and in any position, providing material and labour, for 18 to 20 mm thick Granite work (of any type), table rubbed and mirror polished), in single piece in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platform and like set in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, making hole for gas pipe, edges made half round, laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 15 mm thick in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs of any thickness and in any position, providing material and labour, for Flooring with Granite (of any type) tiles 18 to 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing laid over and including cement screed 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 complete all as specified as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs of any thickness and in any position, providing material and labour, for Skirting / Dado with Granite (of any type) tiles 18 to 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing laid over and including backing coat 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 complete all as specified as directed.

Material and labour, for flooring with non-skid ceramic coloured tiles (area of tile exceeding 0.11 sq m and not exceeding 0.18 sq m), 7 to 8 mm thick, laid, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match with colour of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, for Flooring with polished Vitrified tiles, Light shade 8-10 mm thick (Square / rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.36 but not exceeding 0.42 , set, pointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with colour of tiles laid over and including provision of cement screed of 15 mm thick in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, for polished Vitrified tiles, Light shade 8-10 mm thick (Square / rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.36 but not exceeding 0.42 , laid on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set, pointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with colour of tiles laid over and including provision of cement screed of 15 mm thick in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, for Rendering 15 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar in two coats, 5 mm thick in CM 1:4 including mixing approved water proofing compound over 10 mm thick rendering coat in CM 1:6, and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- Supply only WPC will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of BOQ.

Material and labour, for Rendering 10 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, for preparation of new or previously untreated plastered wall surfaces of any description not otherwise described and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer over and including 1 mm thick wall care putty, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Quoted rate shall deemed to include for cost of wall care putty.

Material and labour for, Preparation of new or previously untreated plastered wall surfaces of any description and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement based primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable GI tubing, supply and fixing new 20 mm bore Galvanized Iron tubing, medium grade, with all fittings, such as Tee, elbows, sockets, unions, short pieces and application of bituminous paint in concealed portion, fixed to wall/ ceiling or laid on floors, complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: i) Taps, valves in any shall be removed before taking down pipe, ii) Cutting chases for concealed piping shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Dismantling of water tanks of 500 litres capacity from roof top and supply and fixing Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (triple layered) of 500 Litres capacity with ISI mark embossed on it, (cylindrical, vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of water tanks of 1000 litres capacity from roof top and supply and fixing Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (triple layered) of 1000 Litres capacity with ISI mark embossed on it, (cylindrical, vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down eaves gutters, soil / waste / vent pipes / rain water pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., Supply and fix, UPVC (SWR) pipes 75 mm dia single socketed in any length with solvent cement joints laid under floor or on walls fixed as soil / waste / vent pipes with Stack clamps made out of 50 mm by 5 mm flat iron and 16mm dia round iron stays, including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Serial Item No 26 here-in-above, but of 110 mm dia SWR Pipe.

Supply and fix in repairs, PVC (SWR) bends any radius 75 mm dia of bore fixed in pipes, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs, stainless steel tubes, mirror polished, fixed as hand rails, ornamental fencing, chains, special articles etc.,(Grade SL-304) including necessary welding, grinding to smooth finish, and fixing to walls or floors with stainless steel plates with nuts, bolts, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.
