Supply and install, DC distribution board ( 6 feeder) 48V made out of 3.0mm thick CRCA sheet epoxy coated, dust and vermin proof floor mounted with and including suitable size 40x5mm MS angle Iron stand duly painted and comprising of the following accessories :- (a) Incomer DC MCCB 400A - 01 No. (b) Outgoing - 06 Nos DC MCCB of 100A - 06 Nos for 6 feeders (c) Electrolite Three phase and neutral copper bus bar 600A. (d) DC voltmeter and Ammeter with shunt (e) Indicator lamps, and cable entry with gland plate all as specified and directed.

Supply, Installation, Commisissing, for sealed maintenance free VRLA battery bank 48 Volt. 800 AH consisting of 24 Nos. Cell of 02 Volt each complete with inter-cell copper connector, SS Nut bolt, MS Powder coated stand in factory charged condition all as per specified and directed. Battery rack made out of 40x5mm angle iron and FI strip 5.0mm thick & connecting cable for SMPS all as per specified and directed.

Supply and fix copper wound voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, three phase, naturally oil cooled, indoor type & designed for input variation between 320 V to 480V with output voltagestabilized at 415V suitable for 48V 400A charger load with accuracy + 1% and speed of correction 8 volts per second and of capacity 50 KVA with over/under voltage and overload and single phase protection with input and output volt and ammeters.all as per specified and directed.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thickness not less than 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below the normal ground level ) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below the normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 32X6mm by means of nuts bolts,washers,check nuts of GI steel all as shown in electric plate no 3 of SSR -2009 Part II, all as specified and indicated complete and including charcoal dust,salt etc and GI protection pipe medium grade 40mm and GI watering pipe 20mm light grade with funnel and wire mesh ,40mm thick pre-cast RCC N-15 (nominal mix) cover reinforced with XPM weight not less than 4 kg /sqm with suitable handle of 6mm dia MS bar and angle iron 40x40x3mm frame for cover ,PCC M-15 (nominal Mix) pit,excavation and earth work in any type of soil and connected all as specified and as directed. Note: On testing after completion of the result not found below 5 Ohms earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.

M&L for copper plate chemical earthing with elecrolyte copper earth plate of sixe not less than 90cm x 60cm x 5 mm burried vertically in excavated pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level and top edge not less than 1.25 mtr below normal ground level connected to the copper strip 32x6mm size by means of brass nut/check nut/bolts/washers including 40mm dia GI protection pipe and 20MM dia GI water pipe with funnel and wiremesh surrounded with approved non corrosive conductive chemical backfill compund (Bentonite/graphbite based conductive compund not less than 200 kg/per earthing) including inspection chamber with brick work (size not less than 30cmx30cmx30cm internal dimensions) and RCC cover with lifting handle and incl earth testing terminal block connected to earth dolly/main earthing of equipment or as directed including all earth work a in any kind of Soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note - Copper strip and 40mm dia medicum grade GI pipe upto 12 mtr length shall deemed to be included in quoted rate. (ii) Resistance of earthing shall be less than 1.0 Ohm failing which the contractor will do earthing again to achived the desired result without any extra cost.

Supply and fixing of submain wiring alongwith earth copper conductor multistranded FR-LSH PVC insulated unsheatehed cable 1100volts conforming to IS:694 for size of 2 x 10 sqmm as Phase, Neutral and 1 x 10 sqmm as earth conductor all specified and directed. Note : (i) Two single core cable and one run of earth copper cable will be measured and paid as one unit length
