Repair of Centrifugal pump No.1 driven by 25 HP motor installed at pumping station BahuPlaza Jammu by way of disconnecting the pump from the motor, suction and discharge lines, shifting to workshop and dismantling, extracting wornout parts and P/F 2 Nos. Bearings;Chuck nut -01 No.; 01 No. gland sleeve gun metal; 01 No. gland packing; 01 No. oil sea;, 01 No. star coupling pad, 01 No pump body joint, 01 No. impeller neckring, ½ Kg Grease, 01” ball valve- 01 No. Job also includes brazing of impeller and turning / facing, and pump shaft arc welding and turning to bearing size. Then reassembling the pump after properly greasing of bearings. Connecting the pump with motor and testing the pump at site for its proper operation. Repair to 25 HP 3 phase induction motor for Centrifugal pump No.1 installed at Shopping Complex Bahu Plaza, Jammu by way of disconnecting the motor from pump and removing from the frame, shifting to workshop and dismantling the motor, complete rewinding of the motor with proper copper conductor, repairing the shaft by welding and making it to the required bearing size on Lathe machine and P/F of 2 Nos. bearings in place of damaged ones and testing the motor at site.
