Providing Furnitures and other items to Newly Constructed Directorate of Extension Office, UAS, GKVK

The Bidder should be a Supplier and Servicing with experience in IT related hardware and other peripherals with a registered office in Karnataka. (Should have completed 5 years calculated from the date of completion to previous day of last date of submission of this tender

The bidder should have trade license from local bodies of Karnataka

The bidder should have supplied & commissioned satisfactorily items such as Furniture / IT related hardware and other peripherals along with furniture 80% of the value of the bid amount put to tender in any State or Central government department or organizations in Karnataka in any one of the preceding three financial years i.e. 2022-23 ,2023-24 & 2024-25

Bidder should be the Original Equipment Manufacturer of the Furniture / IT related hardware and other peripherals or its Authorized Reseller OEM certification declaration required from OEM if Bidder / Reseller is other than the Manufacturer Authorization form (MAF) for the mandatory products OEM ISO 9001:2015&ISO 14001:2015 for manufacture of furniture issued by NABCB accredited agency shall be uploaded

Mandatory Certificates: BIS Certificate, EPEAT Gold (Certificate should be in the name of the OEM) for the quoted product need to be uploaded along with the bid documents

Brand Registration / Trade mark Certificate

The bidder should have Annual Turnover 04.00 Cr for the preceding 3 years. i.e., 2022-23 ,2023-24 & 2024-25a) Audited Statement of Accounts for preceding 3 years i.e. 2022-23, 2023-24 &2024-25. b) Certificate of verification issued by the Chartered Accountant. c) IT returns of all the 3 years. i.e. 2022-23 ,2023-24 &2024-25 d) Profit and Loss account for 2022-23 ,2023-24 & 2024-25

Liquid Assets and / or availability of credit facilities of not less than 56.00 lakhs (Credit lines / letter of Credit / Certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement, etc
