Providing and fixing 0.60mm (zero point six zero millimetre) thick prepainted steel sheets in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RMP) organic coating of 20 micron (twenty micron) over 5 microns (five micron) primer coating and back coat of polyster of 5 microns (five micron) over 5 microns (five micron) primer coating of TATA / SAIL/ RELIANCE/ ZINDAL STEEL including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm (six millimetre) dia metre with prepainted limpet washers complete with all accesories as required including all taxes, carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per specification or as per the direction of the engineer-in-chief and other incidentals.

Dismantling wooden boardings in lining of walls and partitions thickness above 10mm and upto 25 mm including frame work and stacking the materials up to any lead as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing 20 mm ( twenty millimetre) thick plain skirting/lining with butt jointing/ making groovs of required patteren including fixing of moulding at the top/ bottom/ at corners and polishing with melamine polish complete in 1st class kail wood or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing and fixing 1st class Indian teak wood square edges cover fillets (beading) 19mmx6mm ( nineteen into six millimetre) section including mitring at junctions with wood screws and nails complete as per the direction of the engineer-in-charge, other incidentals and as per drawing & design complete .The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing and fixing 1st class deodar wood 20 mm ( twenty millimetre) thick wooden plank ceiling with tongued and grooved jointing and wood screws (frame work and cover fillets to be measured and paid for separately) as per the direction of the engineer-in-charge, other incidentals and as per drawing & design complete .The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a primming coat of red lead paint in trusses and trusses purlins in building as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Polishing two coats with french polish on new wood and wood based surfaces to give an even surface including cleaning the surface of all dirt,dust,and sand papered smooth and including a coat of wood filler within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the engineer-in-charge and other incidentals. Polishing one coat with french polish on previously polished wood and wood based surface to give an even surface including cleaning the surface of all dirt,dust and sand papered smooth and including a coat of wood filler within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the engineer-in-charge and other incidentals. Finishing walls with Apex weather proof exterior grade emulsion of Asian paint or exterior emulsion of NAROLAC SURKSHA as per approved shade on undecorated wall surface (two or more coats) to give an even shade and final finish after thoroughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc. including sand paper smooth complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing & fixing 40 mm ( forty millimetre) thick second class deodar wood shutter for door with infill pannel of 12 mm thick ( twelve millimetre) phenol bonded pre-laminated board (both side) particle board ISI marked No. IS-12823 including ( below middle rail) or its eqivalent pannel above middle rail sahll be of 5 mm ( five milimetre) thick glass with black enamle iron butt hinges with necessary screws complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental.
