Providing & laying of Electronic Jacquard woven Axminster Roll Carpet of pile content 80% wool, 20 % Ascend Conductive nylon 6.6, with Haima (Design No. KT 190214-01-GA) OR equivalent make as approved by the competent authority in required design, pattern & shade using environmental-friendly dyes from Huntsman and in roll width of 3.60 meter and 4.0 meter having 12 stitches/Inch in Rows and 7 stitches /Inch in Pitch and minimum total pile weight of 1650 g/sqm (48.7 oz/yd2), pile height of 7 mm with total height 9.5 mm with backing material finished in SBR latex compound DOW's fray resistant (Weft-Polypropylene , Warp-Polyster/cotton) , having total weight 2490 Gram/sqm (+ 10%) and Class-I (0.45W/sqcm or higher) flammability rating, using foam underlay of thickness 8mm including fixing with voluntary organic compound (VOC) free adhesive etc.all complete with a 10 years Manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects all complete as per requirement , manufactures specifications and as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge. The design and patterns as approved shall be presented in a 3D walk through by the agency and the related maintenance guidelines and cleaning schedule for the roll carpet shall be provided by the vendor & nothing extra shall be paid on this account. Wastage shall not be considered for payment & also nothing extra shall be paid for temporary work during execution. Rates shall be quoted for plan area in sqm & includes includes the cost of Roll Carpet (including Cost, Insurance and Freight, Port Clearance, Loading at Port & unloading at site, all Duties & Taxes except GST etc.), Fixing of Roll Carpet in required pattern i.e. matching with the existing carpet Haima Make (Design No. KT 190214-01-GA) provided on other ramps of aerobridges etc. all complete )

Removing the existing carpet tiles from the Ramps of NITB at all levels and stacking them at designated area within the AAI premises as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge .The vendor shall ensure that the existing carpet tiles are removed properly and stored in a designated area.
