Details Of Work;- AMC, Installation, Dismantling ( After closure of season 2020-21) and operation of all automation and Instrumentation for season 2020-21 installed at different station of Boiling House, Mill House & Boiler House
1. Boiling House;- Juice flow stabilization system with mass flow on raw juice and level sensor with VFD on raw juice pump & Sulphited Juice Pump. 1.1 Maceration water control system with control valve and flow meter. 1.2 Atomization at desuper heater for exhaust steam. 1.3 Control valve with temperature control at DCH-02 Nos. 1.4 Atomization at Pan & Quad Condensers – 11 Nos. 1.5 Instrumentation at pneumatic discharge valve -09 Nos. 1.6 Atomization & VFD at Mechanical Circulator – 1 No. 1.7 Atomization at PHE with control valves. 1.8 Feed control system at continues machine – 01 No. 1.9 Centralized controled automation system and PLC system for all temperature of juices,stem,vapour,live steam,condenser intel/outlet water temperature,feed water,steam consumption at turbine, steam production at Boilers 1.10 Four Nos. A.C. instaled in Boiling House, Mill House & Boiler House. 2. Mil & Boiler;1st Mill operation system & motor with Lubrication & Maceration Control system. 2.1 ACFC operation of Primary cane carier, SCC, Load Sensing chopper, leveler, Fibrizer. 2.2 Load & RPM Sensing of 1st Mill turbine acording 1st mill by A.C.F.C 2.3 Sensing of all Mill turbine & Power House load & RPM, Steam Flowmeter. 2.4 Aoutomated Power Factor Contol system 800 KVR- 02 Nos. 2.5 Mil control room A.C. operation 2.6 Boiler No. 1,2,3 operation of three element complete system with VFD & all Boiler Instruments installed by CST. 2.7 Operation of ID & FD system through VFD of Boiler 2.8 2nd Mill Drive RPM & Load Sensing acording 400 HP Motor.
