Brick work using hand made building bricks laid with forming horizontal and vertical grooves 10mm wide 12 mm deep during laying in super-structure above plinth level upto floor two level in first class machine made bricks. including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts & as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing wood work in frames of Doors, Windows, clearstory windows and other frames wrought, framed and fixed in position 2nd class deodar wood.including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts & as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 19mm thick water proof commercial board in shelves/box for cup board with butt joints & fixing with nails & screws etc complete. including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts & as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

6mm cement plaster to ceiling in cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4sand). including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts & as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

15mm cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth cement mortar 1: 6 (1cement: 6sand). including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts & as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on decorated wall surfaces (one coat) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt, loose or softened paint. including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts & as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Precast terrazzo tiles hydraulic comprssed 20mm thick (with marble chips of specified size) fixed on wall on 10mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1cement: 3sand) jointed with neat cement slurry mexed with pigment to match the shade of tiles (wherever required) including rubbing and polishing complete with tiles of follwoing shades White. including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts & as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Kota stone slab flooring 20mm (avarage) thick base of cement mortor 1:4 (1cement: 4sand) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab. Including rubbing and polishing complete 30 mm thick. including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts & as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying spartic ceremic tiles 5.5mm thick in flooring (300X300mm size) treads of steps laid on a bed of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1cement: 3sand) finished with flush pointing in white cement. including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts & as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

White glazed tiles 6mm thick in skirting risers of steps and dado 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1cement: 3sand) and jointed with cement slurry.including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts & as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

25mm wooden planking tongued and grooved, in flooring fixing to wooden base frame with iron scerws complete (base wooden frame to be paid separately) first class deodar wood plnks. including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts & as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing valley 60 cm overall 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia with prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer - in - Charge

Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing eaves board 200mm X 25mm thick including fixing in position 2nd class indian teak wood including carriage of material in all leads and lifts & as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
