Replacement of damaged 200 NB MS Fire water spray pipe line with bends by digging and de flooring the concrete floor opposite to switchyard control room including cost consumables etc at T(K)GTPS
Charges for cutting and removal of damaged 200 NB fire water spray pipe in front of fire water pump house to boiler feed pump shed, switch yard area for a length of 60 m including the cost of gas cutter and consumables and devolute the scrap materials to the T(K)GTPS stores as per the direction of Engineer in charge.
Charges for cutting of new pipe line for the required length,e dge preparation and position of pipe and welding of 200 NB fire water spray pipe in front of fire water pump house to boiler feed pump shed, switch yard area including the cost of welding M/s, Gas cutter and consumables etc. (Material such as 200 NB M.S pipe, valves and bends will be supplied by TANGEDCO at free of cost ) as per the direction of Engineer In charge.
Charges for digging and de- flooring of concrete floor for laying of new 200 NB M.S fire water spray pipe lines opposite to switchyard control room including cost of material like cement blue metal, stone breaker M/c and consumables etc. as per the direction of Engineer In – charge.
Painting the outer surfaces of M.s pipe and bends with one coat of epoxy primer and two coasts of PO red paint in the fire water spray pipe line including the cost of paint and consumables etc. as per the direction of Engineer In charge.
