Dismantling brick masonry in lime or cement mortar and stacking the materils as directed with all leads, lifts etc.

Removing the existing cement plaster of any thickness without causing dust nuisance and stacking the debris upto a distance of 50 metres or spreading in the compound and cleaning the site etc. complete.

Removal, Lowering and carriage of surplus dismantled Material Debris etc to the disposal point as directed by EIC, anywhere in the factory, within 3 km.

Removing ventilator doors and windows with frame and stacking thematerials with all leads, lifts etc. complete.

Removing earthen, stonewate pipe, cast iron or wrought iron or A.C. pipe and stacking them as directed with all leads, lifts etc. complete.

Removing urinal pans or wash hand basins with frame including disconnecting the sanitary and water supply connections, removing the same carefully and stacking the serviceable materials as and where directed including throwing the unserviceable materials outside etc complete

Removing W.C. pans including disconnecting the sanitary and water supply connections, removing and breaking flooring and bed con-crete around pan removing the same carefully and stacking the serviceable materials as adn where directed including throwing the unserviceable materiasls out side etc. carefully and throwing out the refusal outside etc. complete.

Removing cement/any tiles, or marble or polished shahabad floor dado without bed concrete including stacking the materials as directed with all leads, lifts etc. complete

Providing second class Burnt Brick masonry with conventional/ I.S. type bricks in cement mortar 1:6 in foundations/ Superstructure and plinth of inner walls/ in plinth external walls including bailing out water manually , striking joints on unexposed faces, raking out joints on exposed faces and watering etc. Complete.

Providing internal / External cement plaster 12mm thick in single coat in cement mortar 1:4 without neeru finish to concrete or brick surfaces, in all positions including scaffolding and curing etc. complete.

Providing and laying vitrified mirror / glossy finish tiles (Somany / Rak / Kajaria / Nitco / Jhonson or equivalent make) having size (590 mm to 605 mm x 590 mm to 605 mm Or Greater Sized As Directed By RCF) of 8 to 10 mm thickness and confirming to IS. 15622-2006 ( group Bla) of approved make, shade and pattern for dado and skirting in required position fixed in 1:4 cement mortar including neat cement float, filling joints, curing and clearing etc. complete

Providing and laying vitrified matt finish tiles (Somany / Rak / Kajaria / Nitco / Jhonson or equivalent make) having size (590 mm to 605 mm x to 605 mm Or Greater Sized As Directed By RCF) of 8 to 10 mm thickness and confirming IS. 15622-2006 (Group Bla) of approved make, shade and pattern for flooring in required position laid on a bed of 1:4 cement morar including neat cement float, filling joints, curing and cleaning etc. complete.

Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I. brackets, 15 mm C.P. brass pillar taps, 32 mm C.P. brass waste of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever require: White Vitreous China Flat back wash basin size 550x 400 mm with single 15 mm C.P. brass pillar tap (Cera, Hindware. Fabricating structural steel work in rolled sections like joists, channels, angles, tees etc. as per detailed design and drawings or as directed including cutting, fabricating, hoisting, erecting, fixing in position making riveted / bolted /welded connections without connecting plates, braces etc. (Structural Steel shall be provided by RCF Free of Cost, Contractor has shift Structural steel from store to Site and arrange welding machine, welding rods any other consumables etc.

Refixing roofing material, after sorting and cleaning, removed supplied by RCF Ltd, using 8m dia galvanized iron L or J hook bolts, galvanized iron & bituminous washers, or self drilling fastners and EPDM washers, galvanized iron clamps, nuts and bolts including sealing the existing holes with suitable material etc. complete and as directed. (Net Area covered by sheeting will be measured. Overlaps will not be paid separately). The rate is including 8mm dia. GI hook bolts and nuts, washers.
