Supply and fixing of pre-painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges, tips, valley, gutters, length & girth as fixed with nail or screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment of external wall surface of building/structure by mechanical appliance and preparation of old surfaces applying two coats of acrylic exterior weather resistant paint(weather proof paint @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm per two coats ) of required colour shade and as per manufacturer’s specification over a coat of acrylic exterior primer((@ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new surfaces and and applying 2 coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali based primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing finishing of internal wall surface of building/structure by mechanical appliance and applying 2 coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali based primer of any description over 10 cm girth or width complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete ( un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing debris to a distance n.exc. 50 m etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of laid in bedded and pointed in any mortar any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material , Labour and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed..

Supplying and laying 3mm thick APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, weight not less than 3.6 kg/Sqm water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non woven polyester matt laying over a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.40 Ltr / Sqm and two coats of Bitumen based UV reflective paint with aluminium finish over APP membrane. The membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc all as specified in Para 11.44.5 of SSR Part I complete all as specified and as directed.
