Amount

Supply, fixing & hanging of brushless direct current CEILING FAN, super efficient low wattage high speed, 230 Volt, 1200mm sweep, minimum air delivery 220 CFM with service value minimum 7.85 CMM Per W, five star rated, including all necessary accessories, completed all as specified and directed.

Notes :- (a) The performance requirement of fan shall be in accordance to Clause 15.0 of IS-374 : 2019 including all amendments as applicable. (b) The rated quantities of air delivery and service value shall not be inferior to the minimum values as specified and as per Clause 15.1 and 15.2 of IS-374 : 2019. (c) For fan size, minimum air delivery for 1200mm sweep shall be 220 CFM. (d) Contractor shall provide GTP from OEM/ manufacturer alongwith a sample of product for approval of GE and 99.9% pure copper shall be used for main winding and auxiliary winding and the same should be mentioned in GTP. (e) Energy efficient fans with Wattage range of minimum 28 Watt and to maximum 33 Watt capacity and of 350 to 380 RPM shall be provided by the contractor. (f) The quoted rates shall be included of one year replacement and the same will be confirmed before commencement of execution of work at site by the firm/ contractor from the OEM/ manufacturer.

(g) Contractor shall purchase the sample of BLDC super efficient fans from recognized/ authorised OEM/ manufactures and will submit the same in GE's sample room for performance analysis before commencement of fixing of fans at site alongwith manufacturer's Engineer, the cost of the same shall be included in the rates quoted by the contractor. (h) BLDC fans super efficient low wattage as against the current average ceiling fans with around 28 to 33 Watt power consumption sold in MADE IN INDIA available in market shall be purchase. (j) Consistant speed range in vide voltage range shall be maintained minimum 140 Volt and upto a maximum of 280 Volt and over voltage sustaniability upto 350 Volt AC should maintained. (k) Colour of fan shall be elegant white/ Pearl white. (l) Ceiling fans and wall mounted fans shall be marked with MES No by using black synthetic enamel. Paint and the rate for the same is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate.

S&F of BLDC wall mounted fan complete with blade, swing 400mm wall fan including fan moter, mounting accessories kit, oscillation degree 60 and 1350 RPM guard set, guard ring, complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- The notes mentioned at Ser No. 1.01 and 1.02 here in above of this BOQ are also applicable for this item also (Wall mounted fans) subject to provision of GTP by OEM/ manufacturer, if applicable.

M&L for point wiring for one fan point controlled by one switch complete with 1.5 Sqmm single core FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 Volts grade multistranded with copper conductor conforming to IS-694, drawn through and including PVC casing & caping and all accessories surface type run on walls/ ceiling including MS terminal boxes fabricated with 1.6mm thick MS sheet, mounted/ concealed on walls with plastic laminated sheet top cover 3mm thick fixed with cadmium plated iron screws for housing the switches, switch socket outlets, fan regulators etc and including provision of 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated single core multistranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F switch piano, flush button type, single pole, one way, 5 Amp, 240 Volts, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F ceiling rose, surface bakelite, 65x50mm size, two/ three terminals, 240 Volts, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and hanging down rod 2 feet long, made up of MS hollow pipe, 20mm dia, 2mm thick, both ends drilled through as per IS standards for fixing purposes including nuts and bolts, suitable for ceiling fan 1200mm sweep, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F stepped type electronic fan regulator on the existing phenolic laminated sheet etc as required, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Contractor shall purchase electronic fan regulator from the same manufacturer for BLDC fans supplied under the this contract as to maintain its efficiency and working performance. If BLDC fans manufacturer does not manufactur the fan regulator then make of fan regulator shall be decided and approved from Appendix 'B' of this contract by Garrison Engineer before incorporating/ using in the work.

S&F ceiling fan hook, made up of 10mm dia MS bar brass coated 6" long both side shaped/ half rounded including nuts and bolts, suitable for ceiling fan 1200mm sweep, complete all as specified and directed.
