Name of Work: Modernization of Various Link Roads in Market Committee Qadian and Shri Hargobindpur Sahib and Assembly Constituency Qadian in Distt Gurdaspur and 5 Years Routine Maintenance (One Year Defect Libility Period + 4 Years Routine Maintenance Period) ' Note:- 1) Routine Maintenance for Four Years (2nd to 5th Year) is a fixed amount. Contractor will quote his rate (percentage) below or above only for Part-A ie.e. Construction Cost of BOQ. 2) Routine Maintenance of Roads, there is lump sum provision for each year of maintenance. The Payments will be based on satisfactory performance of routine maintenance activities.
