12mm cement plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 'l:4 cement & coarse sand of single coat for interior plastering upto flool two level including internal rounded angles chamfers, and rounded angles not exceedlng 80mm. ln girth and finished even and smooth. (Chapter No.13 Si.No.1)

Kota stone slab flooring over 40 mm (average) thick base laid over and joined with gray cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) :25 mm thick. (Chapter No.14 Si.No.12-11.26.1)

Finishing Wall Putty Aproved brand and manufacture and of required shade and undecorated wall surface to give and even shade over and including curing and cost of all material. (15-Chapter Si.No.27 New)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade: New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 Itr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) supply of all labour material and T&P required for proper completion of work. Providing and laying Cement Concrete in 1:2:4 of not less than strength of M-15 stone grit (20 mm nominal size) approved coarse sand and cement. Curing complete including of cost of form work in foundation and floors.(5-Chapter Sr.No.6 Si.No..4.1.3)

Supply & Fixing Granite Stone Work Display Board (Size 2.50ft x 4.00ft) including Painting, Lettering etc. all complete. (None Schedule)

Mild steel in heavy size

R.c.c work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm (3/4) gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion 1:2:4 in R.C.C Slab excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 bwgi binding wire and including necessary centring and shuttering etc. And also including supply of all materials labor and tools and plants etc. Required for proper completion of the work. Strength of the concrete shall not be less than M-150. (5-Chapter Si.No.8)

Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in and an overall rates) brought for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel, its wastage bend hooks and authorized over lapping shall be measured up to floor two level.
