Dismantling of 250mm dia C.I. sluice valve including stacking of useful materials within a lead of 50 meters.

Manufacturing, fabricating, providing, fixing at site M.S pipe fittings. The job includes making of Bend/Tees/ Tail pieces of shape, orientation and length as per the requirement at site in and are to be fabricated from 8mm thick M.S Sheet/pipe. The finished work should be leak proof and painted with double coat of anticorrosive red oxide primer complete. The job is to be paid in fitted and finished form and is to carried out as per the directions of site in charge.

Manufacturing, fabricating, providing, fixing 250mm dia M.S flanges (14mm/16mm thick by means of electro welding. The job involves cost of nuts, bolts, rubber washers etc including all carriages up to the site of work complete. The finished work should be leakproof and painted with double coat of anticorrosive red oxide primer complete.

Providing, fixing, testing and successful commissioning of 250mm dia double flanged DI Sluice Valve confirming to IS:14846 (2000) of ISI marked quality and of make as approved by the Engineer incharge including cost of nuts, bolts etc. The Valve should have pressure rating of PN 10/PN.01 (Kg/sqm/MPA), DI body, hand wheel operation with DI Wedge; core fully vulcanized with EPDM rubber, brass wedge nuts, non-rising stainless steel stem and proper locking arrangement. The job includes cost of pedestals, extension rods, RI cloth, tail pieces and other required fittings with carriage up to the working platform. Complete job. The Valve shall be supplied with manufacture test certificate.
