Taking down old unserviceable copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket , power socket and bulk head fittings) on surface wiring on wooden batten/casings & caping complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses,pendents holder, regulators and sockets by unscrewing carefully from boards etc and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, as per existing finishes complete all as spd and directed.

M & L for point wiring for one light/one fan controlled by one switch with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable with and including PVC concealed conduit heavy duty 20 mm dia having thickness not less than 1.8 mm with all fittings including anodise pressed steel sunken box having thickness not less than 2mm with 3mm bakelite laminated sheet ISI marked for switches and sockets , including 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable as earth continuity conductor connected to comman earth dolly, including cutting chiseling for concealed piping and making good disturbed surface to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.Note: (a) Insulation test of point wiring (b) colour coding is to be maintained .(Ph-Red, N-Black, Half -Yellow, Earth- Green).

All as per srl item No 2 here-in-before but for 5 pin 5 amps socket outlet on independent board complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement sleek LED mirror light fitting 2 feet long 1x10 W including LED tube 2 feet long of same make having ballast , bipin holder, connector block etc. complete with all accessories prewired and connecting electrically to ceiling rose using PVC insulated and overall sheathed flexible copper conductor cable of size 0.75 Sqmm 3 core complete all as required at site or directed.

S & F in replacement of CFLs with LED smart Lamp, B22 type ,14 watt,complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement energy saving decorative LED box type with Led Rod 20 watt (4 Feet), 230 volts, 6500 K energy efficient tube light fitting extruded aluminium housing provided for efficient heat dissipation with polycarbonate diffuser & integrated electronic driver complete with all accessories prewired and including making connections with 3 core twisted flexible copper cable of size 23/.0076 from ceilling rose/PVC connector to light fittings. (Note power factor should not be less than 0.95) complete all as spd and directed.

M & L for providing/ cutting the round/ square hole of required size in wall finishing the distrubed surfaces as per existing finishes complete all as spd and supply and fixing propeller type AC ventilating fans, Single phase, 230 volts 300 mm sweep complete and supply and grouting the ragged bolts in wall, fixing the frame on the exhaust side (outer surface of the wall) and connecting with and including PVC insulated three core 1.5 sqmm copper cable from ceiling rose to exhaust fan motor and writting MES No. with black synthetic enamel paint 2.0 cm high complete all as spd and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Note: Two runs of 6 Sqmm single core PVC insulated copper conductor cable(FRLS) and one run of 6 sqmm copper conductor cable (FRLS) as a earth lead and one run of PVC conduit of 20mm dia , 1.8 mm wall thickness wiil be measured as a one unit.

Note: Two runs of 4 Sqmm single core PVC insulated copper conductor cable(FRLS) and one run of 4 sqmm copper conductor cable (FRLS) as a earth lead and one run of PVC conduit of 20mm dia , 1.8 mm wall thickness wiil be measured as a one unit.

S & F in replacement of old unsv sheet metal enclosures distribution boards, double door three phase 415 volts 4 ways vertical TPN DB for comprising three phase four wire copper strip bus bar of appropriate capacity complete all as specified and directed and comprising of the following (a)MCCB four pole 100 Amp AC 415 volts 25 KA=01 NO as incoming and 12 nos. MCB SP 40 Amps, C series as outgoing (Note :- (i)The DB shall be VTPN (ii) The DB shall be flush fixed ,and making good the disturbed surface matching with existing specifications shall be part of job at no extra cost.(iii)connection of theMCCBs/ MCBs with cable shall be made through appropriate size pin /bottle type thimble -properly crimped.(iv) all the vacant holes of the DB shall be provided with blank plates of appropriate size. (v) double continuous earth wire shall be provided for each three phase DB from earthing mains dolly (vi)MCCB's and MCB's should have a same make as of DB.

S & F bldg secuirty light fitting energy saving high efficiency LED street light fitting 25 Watts, 5700 K, IP 66, having pressure die cast housing with toughened glass and individual high power LEDs with secondary optics, prismatic polycarbonate cover complete including GI bracket of size 32 mm dia bent to shape having length not less than 1.5 mtr fixing with clamp etc and making connections using cord flexible 3 core copper cable of size 23/ .0076 from ceilling rose/ PVC connector to light fittings or as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode , 600 x600 x 6mm thick burried directly in the ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level)with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below ground level connected to galvanised iron wire 4mm dia as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts and washers of GI up to test point , GI tubing 15 mm bore light grade protection pipe , GI watering pipe 20mm bore light grade with funnel and wire mesh , charcoal ,salt packed around the earth plate and precast PCC 1:2:4 (Nominal mix ) reinforced with XPM having weight not less than 4 kg /sqm including suitable handle of 6mm dia MS bar and angle iron 40x40x3mm frame for cover including earth work in any type of soil , removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and connecting , testing on completion complete all as shown on electric plate No 03 of SSR -2009 Part I complete all as specified and directed.(Note: Excavation and earth work is deemed to be included in the rates quoted).
